Potato, potato in my bowl, who is the fairest of them all?

Hello. Don't worry about the title, the potatoes just wanted some attention.

But I do have some thoughts on RP plots. You'd be the female lead, I'd be the male lead. I'm a decent writer, which is what all great humble writers say. I'm a reliable RPer, which is always a small benefit to any success. I like to hash things out in OOC, which is healthy for mutual happiness! Please be over 18, as in, your 18th birthday should have been quite some time ago.

Plot 1: A western about a low down dirty thief who steals from the wrong lass. She proceeds to hunt him down to kill him for his ghastly transgression. Romance, obviously ;) (doesn't have to be a western, I like all the time periods).

Plot 2: "How I wish that I had a daughter who had skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood and hair as black as ebony." A Princess flees from a wicked Queen. She is then taken by a group of brutish forest-dwelling men. Some time later, a lone huntsman discovers the whereabouts of the forgotten princess. Mildly shocking events transpire before the huntsman helps the princess take back her rightful throne. As you can see, this plot is obviously not a darker mutated version of any fairytale in history.

Plot 3: This will be set in the middle ages, maybe a low fantasy setting? I want it to be a somewhat dark tale, and sordid, yet sexy, about the abduction of a woman. I'd love to discuss more in PM's. I've included a small snippet of what might be included in my first post of the IC:

South of the Icedrift Mountains, on the western shore of the Bestial Sea, past the eastern foothills of Underreach Forest, far north of the thirsty windswept lands of Cairn and beyond the wilderness of Peril, was sprawled the ancient city known as Gem Zopa. The Jewel of the land of Zopa, commonly referred to as the Kings Toll, and once upon a time named Avaloni. In the heart of that city was Jewels Vend, a vast marketplace where traders and peddlers from near and far gathered to deal in all manner of merchandise. Jewels Vend, the economy stone of Gem Zopa, and a place where on one particular day, as many days prior, a certain man stood looming like a bleak, tilted obelisk in the shade of a gnarled old tree.

Genuine as his silent form, this man did not know his own truth. He could not recall his origin, his kin, nor the mother from whom he supped as an infant. He was not aware of his age, his birth name, nor what it was that spurred his sordid desires. He was simply just a man, albeit a brutish man of daunting presence, scarcely spoken, and reserved to a life of seclusion, exclusion amid the masses. It was only his abhorrent visage and formidable size that afforded him any regard at all. By and large, he was just there, on the verge of existence. A nameless oaf. Not worthy of time or consideration.

Hi, I'm Buttsy!

I've spent the last couple of months on this forum mostly just sharing music, and sometimes not even music I'm particularly crazy about, but I haven't been doing much writing at all. Which, under the circumstances, is kinda weird, I think. Ehem. Well, I have been writing, actually, but more with myself than anyone. So hey, I'm thinking now I might do more of the writing thing with someone else.

Just so you know, I'm pretty okay at the writing thing, you know like, if I can say that without sounding too strutting. I've also RP'd before, many times, which is something you probably wanna know as well, I guess. Oh! and I'm reliable and dedicated once I get going, too. That's a bonus, right? Sure.

I mean... well, this is kinda awkward, because I don't have any definitive ideas to throw at you right now -- But I will say that I'm pretty easy with genre and era and all that jazz, just keep the cartoony stuff out of it. So, if you have an idea, and maybe for whatever reason you haven't had a chance to put that idea into writing with someone yet, I'm open and would love to hear all about it! So, go ahead and shoot me a PM. Wew!
