true but in another book they are referenced as absent and not dead or disbanded and in another book they are just called the lost. So really there is no real way of telling what happened to them. Even the creators themselves don't call them dead only absent or second edition ultra marines codex they reference "it seems likely that Legions II and XI fought for Horus at least during the beginning of the Heresy" or something along those lines. or in Horus's vision where he morns the untapped potential that will never be.

I know its late to ask, but could i create a legion for chaos? If you dont know 40k lore there were 20 legions during the crusade. The Second and 11th legions went missing. So if possible could i use one of Them?

Weaknesses - inexperienced, and since he is an officer he didn't receive as much combat training as the regular grunts.

Jason grew up in poverty and constantly walking the knife edge between troubled youth and flat out criminal.A wild and rash kid Jason never thought twice about cutting a passerby. like most youth in his situation he had two choices in life one being prison and the second being getting out of the place. Jason's uncle Enrique since he was 17 has served in the military, the two were very close since Jay was a child. Having reached the position of admiral Enrique had served on many ships and commanded entire fleets in battle The most recent posting being the commander of the earth Defensive fleet. The turning point in Jay's life was when the love of his life Maya was killed when a retaliation of a illegal act he had committed on a rival gang. Due to this event Jason fell into a deep depression and after receiving so kind words from the now deceased Maya, Jason rethought his life became the calm person he is today. on recommendation from his uncle Jay joined the one of the E.S.C. Officers academy for the navy called the Station due it orbiting earth.During his academy time He made many enemies due to his unwillingness to follow orders that he didn't agree with or that put his classmates in danger, going so far to enrage a instructor and in an insuring fight accidentally killed by throwing the instructor against a wall breaking his neck and back. It was due to his uncles influence that he was protected from any offence while he was attending the academy.After graduating Jay was assigned by now Admiral of special and covert operation to the The S.S. Durendal due many requests from Jay to be assigned and with Command wanting to save the certain death of his nephew by firing squad for the crime of killing an instructor He choice the option that had while a sliver of a chance of his survival was better then a firing squad.
