Galactic news (Events and out come of last turns events
Player phase (reactions to out comes,your current turns movements (like send reinforcements to A, work out treaties with other players, political moves like alliances and whatever) research,sell resources to npcs,players. not much rp wise more lore and a potential for friends later on I suppose.)
Battle phase is where you "deploy" the forces sent. Unless you have dozens of ships carrying thousands I don't see Large scale millions of troops battles early on, they would need to transported in parts. all units will pmed to me before hand and I will use them in the news segments
Any battle will done by with with terrain,military doctrine,buffs,and things like sky superiority
