Personality: Jiro is usually very calm and level headed, when not on missions he enjoys the company of others. While never the center of attention he is very happy just being at part of the fun. As a Sensei Jiro is very strict, but fair teacher. He expects the best from his students, but he will never ask some to do something he felt they were not ready to do. Due to his harsh up bring he enjoys spending time acting as an older brother figure to child who have had similar lives to him. Unlike his older brother Sasuke, Jiro is a very kind person deep inside. With his brother's leaving and betrayal of the village, there are some who view him a unfit to be a shinobi. Due to the close relationship he had with his brother, along with the subsequent attacks by some of his peers (that Jiro was blamed as the instigator.) He is reluctant to work others he doesn't trust.



History: Jiro was born to Kazu and Sayomi of the Hayashi clan. The Hayashi clan, known for their Taijutsu skill, had fallen on hard times when Jiro was born. The third of four children, he would soon become the target of the families hate. When Jiro was three years old his second oldest brother Akira was killed while on his first Chunnin mission. While it was later found out the eldest brother Sasuke had killed him to protect his exchange of a secret village scroll, It was believe that the Origami "flower" Jiro had made with his mother, had given him away while he was hiding. Blamed by the family Jiro quickly became estranged from his father, who put sole blame on young Jiro. His mother, while taking some of the blame for Jiro did feel that it was a jinx that he had given it to Akira. In the Academy Jiro was very quiet often practicing on his own, and often times eating by himself. It wasn't until graduation when he was placed on a genin that he came out of his shell. his first year as a Genin was great, He became more open and friendly. Soon after his second year his Eldest brother Sasuke, some one Jiro had idolized and a Jonin of the village, had been discovered as a Traitor. During a nights worth of tracking and fighting Jiro's brother had killed four of the Village's pursuing him, Both Kazu and Sayomi refused to follow after their son. The fallout of the betrayal by Sasuke pushed the family over the edge. Sayomi fell into a deep depression, and refused to even acknowledge Jiro. Later on in life Jiro would find that His mother couldn't bear to look at him, due to his likeness of Akira and Sasuske. Kazu Hated him because of this fact. In his eyes Jiro was the cause of the whole families problems. At some point Kazu disowned Jiro had forced him into the street. Where is not for the kind nature of his Sensei at the time, he would have been homeless and unloved. Jiro's sensei Harumi took him into her house and offered him a small bed and a tiny room, In her tiny apartment with Harumi sensei and her husband there was little else she could do. Jiro always thought of them as family, often staying out of the house so not to become a burden on them he would only return for meals and to keep to the mandatory curfew his sensei put on him. this last for a while until, his sensei gave him the news three days before the Chunnin exams that she was going to have a baby. For the next three days he struggled with what he was going to do. He knew that three people and a baby living in an already overly cramped space was not possible. Just before his squad was going to take the Chunnin exams he told her that he would move out. The written part of the test had been not been a problem, the problems came during the second part. Some of the other squads from the village harbored a dislike of him, due to their parents skewed view of his clan. Some of the others felt that Jiro had no right to taking the exams. several squads attacked him regardless of what scroll they had, while they failed in defeating his squad, some of the squads had people he considered close frends.

Personality: Jiro is a very serious and tough person, with a tendency to be very blunt and harsh. During missions he expects nothing but the best, for those who don't live up to their potential he has very little tolerance for. This is not to say he is unfair, as most who have been assigned with him in the past and in the present can say he never expected more then what they were capable of doing. There are many who claim that Jiro is a natural leader, as he always leads from the front. Often the the first into the fire as it were, he is also the first to ask some one more experienced then himself for help if required. His greatest desire is to see a strong village capable of doing what his generation was not, to achieve a true lasting peace without blood shed As a teacher his only goal is to make strong independent Shinobi who will one day surpass him, and will carry on his Nindo. History: Dermon was born on the ill fated world of Tanith, A Hunter by trade he was used to traversing the Nal wood forests and spending time away from "society". when the hunting season was over, he would spend time as a Tanith militia. It was during this time in the militia that he met his wife Elisabeth. after a year their daughter was born. When he had been selected to join the 1st regiment, the moment he received the news had been the proudest day of his life. Like the rest of the six thousand men of the three first founding regiments. Like every single other man of the regiment he was forced to abandon his planet by order of colonel-Commissar Gaunt. while he understood why he did it, he could never forgive the man who forced him to abandon his wife and child. like many he fell into a deep depression, and spent whatever time and money he had to drinking. It wasn't until colonel Corbec told him of the deal with Gaunt. They fought and followed his orders, the first world they took became their new home. Early during the Sabbath Crusade he saw action as part of Gaunt's platoon, all the way up until his mission to Gereon. During their posting on Jago Dermon was wounded while dragging back a wounded squad mate to cover.
