Ophelia stared at Roxas as he complimented the outfit she wore, though she still hadn't had a chance to use the Solars he had given her to buy a new dress or have a new arrow made. "My name is Ophelia. I haven't been to the shops yet, but I'm sure that you gave me more than enough to cover both. You could come with me to help me pick out a new one, if you like?" she suggested, smiling without showing her teeth and avoided the question about being a vampire, figuring it was obvious by now.

She gazed over at Morthos for a second who stood beside Jax, and then wandered to Jax and leaned close to whisper in her ear about something, smiling widely at her sister, waiting for confirmation. She watched as Jax nodded wearily, and Ophelia leaned forward to rest a hand on Jax's cheek carefully. "I'll see you at home later," she said surely, before turning her attention back to Roxas.
"Let's go see Jax. Maybe we can find out something else," Ophelia says to Morthos and then begins to make her way to the infirmary. She carries her bag and bow against her back, her whip still wrapped around her arm. Her feet move silently and swiftly against the ground, arms stretching outward to push the doors aside, the sound clanging through the room and her eyes come to rest on Jax. Quickly she goes to Jax's side and looks her over. "I see they took good care of you. Do you need anything for the pain?" Ophelia speaks quickly, just glad that Jax is okay. Just then though she noticed Roxas sitting on the bed next to Jax and her eyes narrow slightly, feeling unsure. The memory of last night comes to mind and she just stares for a long moment.
"So, first thing I guess, how does the sunlight thing work? Is there magic that lets you be in the sun? How do your abilities work? I know you're pretty fast and strong, have you ever tested your limits with that? Can you turn in to a bat or is that just fiction? Are you able to eat human food or does your body just reject it completely? Sorry if I'm being nosey, I'm just a very curious person, there's a reason I spend most of my time in the library."

Ophelia watched the two begin their match, answering the questions Morthos was asking her to the best of her knowledge. "I think I can be out in the sun because I was born as a human, not a vampire. My mother refused to have a plain human for a daughter, and she waited until I was at full maturity to make the transformation. I do think however, a vampire born that way could definitely use magic to be in the sun. The venom enhances my strength, scent, eyesight, hearing and speed. No I haven't tested my limits. I've never had a reason to. I mostly just train with my weapons, go on missions, and hunt, if I'm honest. I can't turn into a bat." Ophelia laughed at that, finding herself feeling happy now despite the fact that Jax was going through a rough time with her injuries.

"I don't eat any human food. Blood only. I do remember however, what human food tasted like. I suppose I'm just like a normal person, with a few adjustments..." her sentence began to trail off as her eyes stayed focused on Roxas. Watching now as blood pours from his face in result from him ripping the mask off, just as she had done the night before. This time though, blue flames emerged from his eyes and engulfed him, and Ophelia gasped and stood up. "What the hell?" Suddenly Roxas was unconscious and being brought to the medics.
"You're lucky I don't kill you myself some days..." Ophelia whispered to Jax, looking at Roxas. "That's the guy from last night. I've never seen him around here before though," she said in response to her sisters question. Ophelia was torn between wanting to watch to see what the deal was, leaving to feed, or staying with Jax.

She turned to Morthos, looking at him gently, her voice shifting from angry to neutral, "I can answer some of those questions if you give me a minute. Find a place to sit and I'll meet you there after?" she suggested, and before he could answer she took off to find the blood bank, grabbing what she felt would satisfy her and tore into the packets, drinking thirstily.

Quickly her eyes shifted color from silver to the normal grey-blue and she smiles, the burning in her throat subsiding, her strength fully returning as well. She threw the packets out, and wiped her lips gently, making her way first to the archery room to grab her bag and bow, then moving to find Morthos in the stands of the Arena.
Ophelia watched as Jax got up, summoning a demon and knew then that she would be fine. But the anger and blood lust that coursed through her was nearly unstoppable. Morthos was a few rows below her, and once the fight was over and Titan had been defeated, he launched himself down towards Jax near the medics station. Ophelia followed suit, not caring who she shoved out of the way. She was furious, the venom from her teeth creating a silver barrier over her lips at this point. By the time Ophelia reached Jax and Morthos, she could see how much blood there really was and her body tensed up slightly, but she forced herself to focus on Jax, listening to Morthos go on excitedly.

"What in God's name were you thinking!!! You could have been KILLED JAX!" Ophelia growled, the sound low, and predatory. She stood as close to Jax as she could get, looking up at Morthos for a moment before looking right into her sisters eyes. A soft whine escaped Ophelia's lips and she frowned, suddenly being interrupted by the loud speaker. The voice said that the next battle would begin between Neptune and Roxas.

Suddenly, her attention shifted to the clock which read 1. Her eyes moved to the arena and the man from the night before stood, reaching into his pocket to grab his mask, placing it on his face and Ophelia's eyes widened. He went here? How had she never notice before. There was so much going on now that Ophelia simply couldn't focus, her hands curling around the side of the chair, cracking the frame beneath her strength.
Ophelia called to Morthos and Jax "Bye!", and moved with lightening speed towards the building, finding a change room first of all to change into the extra outfit she brought to prevent another dress from getting ruined. This clothing option was much more revealing than the dress she came to campus on, and it also allowed her to move easier. She found her way to her class, which took place half outside, half inside in a small courtyard.

There were targets of all sizes laid across the lawn, some of which were moving, and she went to place her bag with her dress and cloak on a hook against the wall outside. She took her bow and knocked an arrow into place, her mind focused for the most part. Something seemed off about today, and she had a weird feeling in her stomach. She shook the feeling away, the loose pieces of white hair around her face waving a little. Jax would have told her if something was wrong, she figured, and with that thought, shot her arrow, hitting the target dead on. Ophelia was stronger than a normal person, thanks to her Vampirism. It came with many perks, but also with some things that weren't so great.

For a while Ophelia continued to practice with her bow, but her focus was instantly cut through with the scent of familiar blood. Her grey-blue eyes shifted colors, turning more silver than anything, and her nostrils flared. Without a second thought, she began to move, her feet now clad in blue thigh high stockings, which pressed firmly to the ground beneath her. She grabbed her bag, reaching in to replace her bow with her other favored weapon, her whip. She wrapped it around her arm and then took off in the direction that Jax's blood was coming from. Normally this wouldn't bother Ophelia, but the scent was so strong she new the amount of blood loss had to be great.

Quickly, Ophelia arrived at the staircase to the arena, hearing gasps and shouting. She slammed the door aside, suddenly hearing Morthos shouting as well, "Come on Jax! Get up! Don't give this jerk the satisfaction!" This only caused Ophelia's worry to bubble into full on panic and anger. The last time that Jax had fought, she nearly died.

Finally she made it to the top, the time seeming to slow down as Ophelia's gaze landed on Jax lifeless against the concrete. Instinctively, Ophelia's mouth fell open and the sound that came out was something from nightmares. It was blood curdling and angry, inhuman in nature and the sound echoed through the entire area, ending in a low growl, her upper lip pulled up over her fangs to bare them, venom dripping off of the sharp tips onto her bottom lip, her hair now falling down her back and shoulders.
While Ophelia was keeping herself distracted, she gets bumped into by someone. "Watch where you're going, if you don't mind!" The man hands her a note, and her eyes narrow slightly, though weirder things have happened in her life than someone passing her a note. Before she could even read the note, or say anything else, the man ran off and she turned to look at him go.

Finally she opened the note to read it, "Go to the arena at 1 and you'll have a nice surprise." Out of curiosity, she lifted the paper up to her nose and breathed in slowly. It smelled of human blood, ink, and parchment. Nothing out of the ordinary. "Jax, look at this." She whispered to her sister.
Ophelia watched as the male approached them once Jax mentioned he was the person she had met the night before. "You're right about him being devillish... Devillishly handsome!" she giggled slightly, whispering while nudging Jax in the ribs. Ophelia coughed slightly when Jax introduced her to Morthos, and curtsied low. "Nice to meet you! Thank you for walking Jax home last night."

While they talked, Ophelia took in his features gently. He was wearing a cloak, so she couldn't see all of him, but knew what it was like to be different, though not quite to that extent. Eventually Ophelia's attention was turned to other people arriving onto the campus and then looked towards the ground, the scent of blood of all kinds surrounding her, reminding her of her failed hunt the night before. Her throat still burned and she bit the inside of her lower lip with her fangs to distract herself.
Ophelia got up from her bedroom early, despite the fact that she never sleeps, and went and got ready for the day. Jax had been going to SPA for a while now, but Ophelia had taken a short break between her classes. It was nice that way. She could pick back up when and where she wanted to, for the most part. After a few moments of contemplation, Ophelia stepped into a pale, off white floor-length dress, and pulled her hair up into a messy bun, pieces of the hair falling down around her face. She moved quickly, grabbing her cloak and fastening it around her shoulders, pulling the hood up and grabbing her bow and quiver an placing those onto her back. "Jax, are you ready to go yet?" she calls, looking in the direction of Jax's bedroom.

Jax stood in front of her mirror, choosing a pair of thigh high boots, breachers, a low cut white blouse, and her favourite blue army jacket. She looked over at the black cross necklace hanging by her dresser. She threw it over her copper hair, letting it fall into the blouse. She then called back to Ophelia, "Be there in a minute!"

She turned walking to the door where her scythe lay crooked onto its hooks in the wall. The black shine of the blade hit the sunlight as she picked it up and swung it around to hook over her back. She looked at her room for a second, knowing that she might not sleep here tonight if the fight went bad. She exited her door and looked at her sister,"I don't know how you can fight in that dress. I don't understand how you never get blood stains on that!"

Ophelia grinned wide, her fangs obvious for Jax to see. "I'm going to bring a different outfit. Plus I don't normally get blood on my clothing!! OH!" she said, reminded again of the encounter last night with the human. "I have something to tell you!" She looked up at Jax, her twin many inches taller than herself, and pushes a piece of white hair from her face, but before Jax could respond, Ophelia disappeared into her room once more time and grabbed the outfit she mentioned, then stood again at the door, reaching to open it. "Come on, I'll tell you on the way to SPA."

Jax smirked,"I was going to say...and really? My shut in sister has a story. Is it something about last night's hunt?" She exited the door and looked over at her little twin,"You seemed a bit peckish last night. What happened?" Jax thought of her meeting and decided to keep it to herself, not wanting to steal Ophelia's news.

Ophelia walked in bare feet along the cobblestone road towards the city center, raising an eyebrow at Jax's comment "My shut in sister has a story", then continued on to tell her about the encounter. "Okay, well I left to go find something to feed from, in my usual spot by the forest. And anyway I came across this human. He was wearing a weird white mask and oh God. So I figured since he was human it would be fine, but his blood smelled dark in a way. He had an injury. And I shot my bow at him, but I missed and so I was about to snap his neck and he fought back! He broke my arrow and got blood all over that black and silver dress! And you wanna know how he got the blood on me? I ripped his mask off. But it was attached to his face like some weirdo!! Uhg it was the creepiest thing I ever saw in my life. I hope I never see him again."

"Woah! What? He didn't hurt you did he? Because if he did. So help me.." Jax's eyes turned full green for a few minutes, anger running through her veins. She paused, her tone a bit more restrained,"You ripped off his mask though? Jesus! Did you finish him off? If he is evil he might hurt someone else Ophelia." Jax tried to calm down knowing she needed to prepare herself mentally for the fight. "You usually are so careful when it comes to hunting."

"He cut my throat but it's healed already. I don't know if he's evil Jax. Something was different about him that's for sure. I've never seen him before. I don't know where he came from, but he was in the forest heading into town." Ophelia paused for a moment, her shoulders slouching slightly at Jax's last comment. "I know I'm usually very careful. I didn't anticipate that he would retaliate. He also gave me a bag filled with Solars to pay for the dress and arrow he wrecked.. It was odd to say the least. But I'm fine, don't worry about me so much..." She chewed her lip for a while after.

Jax let out a sigh,"Well thank God for that. At least he paid for what he broke. If he's a fighter he might be new to SPA. Be careful and let me know if you see him again. I don't want to sound like mom. I'm just a little on edge today." She rubbed her hair, knowing that Ophelia would blow a gasket if she knew what she planned for today. "I met someone as well last night as well. Not in the same manner but..I made a new friend."

"What's wrong? And oh? How did that go?" Ophelia asked her curiously, watching her face as they walked.

Jax purposely ignored the first question,"It was awkward. Hargul insulted this devillish looking fellow in his usual charming manner and I had to apologize for it. The guy was sweet though, he kept me warm and walked me home because it was pouring out and I had stupidly forgot an umbrella. He is the only reason I am not sick right now. He's a student at SPA I will introduce you to him later."

"That is kind of awkward I guess. He really doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut, does he? Why did you bring him around again?" Ophelia chuckles, taking the hood from her cloak down as they enter the SPA grounds through a large wrought iron gate.
Ophelia grunts gently as she's pinned down, his weight not really bothering her, just simply feeling frustrated that she can't move much. She looks up and realizes his face was covered in blood where his mask was, and her eyes widen. Despite being thirsty, she realized that this person could possibly die from blood loss, and then wonders how in the world he even is conscious at the present moment. Becoming concerned, she doesn't fight against him, even though she knows he poses a threat to her.

"I think you should get some medical attention..." she says, her voice, when not agitated, like music.

“What this?” Roxas points at his face and laughs. “This is nothing. Now what do you want from me and why have you attacked me. I’ve never seen you before in my life.” His face still bleeding but doesn’t seem like he’s phased by it at all. He slowly gets off of the woman and goes to grab his mask off the ground, putting it back on his face where the blood was. The blood immediately stops flowing and his face healing up.“Now if you’ll excuse me I’d like to go change out of this.” Roxas starts to walk away from his attacker, sheathing his blade.

Ophelia sits up as the man gets off her, watching as he puts his mask back on. Her eyebrows raise slightly as the blood stops, and she begins to look confused. She can tell this person is a human, but he’s definitely not an ordinary one. “I don’t want anything to do with you, I suppose…” She whispered mostly to herself as he begins to walk away. She was uncertain, simply wanting to go home now, having forgotten about her thirst despite all the blood around and on her.

She looked on the ground to find her broken arrow, her lips shifting into a slight pout, worried about how she’d afford to get it repaired, and held the pieces in her hands gently before getting up to go back to the tree she had originally been hiding behind to grab her
, quiver, and cloak.

As Roxas starts to walk away he turns around to see the woman return to her tree. He laughs to himself seeing as he has her weapon and cloak. “I better return this.” He sighs to himself and starts to stalk over to her. As Roxas walks up behind her he starts to grin, expecting to frighten her. “I think you’ll find that what you’re looking for is right here.” He hands out the woman’s equipment to her.

Ophelia turns around, having heard him approach thanks to her heightened senses and looks at him, reaching her hand out to be given her things back. “You shouldn’t steal, it’s not right..” she says, feeling unimpressed by him. “You also got blood all over my
, and broke my arrow.”

Roxas gives back the items he had and smirked a little. “You’re the one who ripped of something you shouldn’t have. Also sorry about the arrow.” He hands her a bag of Solars with her stuff. “Hope this can cover it.” As he does that he start to turn around and walk away.

She takes her things gently, fastening the cloak around her now blood stained dress, and places the bow and quiver on her back. Ophelia then is handed a bag of currency and she looks up at the man gently, “I can’t take this.”
“Keep it anyways, I have plenty to spare. Maybe get a new dress while you’re at it. Maybe one with less blood.” Roxas says over his shoulder and waves. Thinking he’s never going to see her again, he turns around to get one more look at her.

Ophelia’s grey-blue eyes narrow slightly at the bag, placing it in her cloak pocket, looking at her dress sadly. Great, now I need to get this dealt with too. And I liked this one, jerk, she thinks. She groans and decides to finally head home, turning her back to the man and disappearing into the forest, not wanting to run into him again. Even though this would be the long way around, she makes her way home again and finds the door still locked. Before opening the door though, she leans against the frame and listens as rain pours down, having been sheltered most of the time she was gone by the trees. Her shoulders slouching in the rain before heading inside.

After his encounter, Roxas swiftly runs home to change. Once home he finds his
,lays it out on his desk to get ready for the next day and starts to take his clothes off. Once the rest of his outfit is off, he rips off his mask, used to the pain. Blood starts to gush from his face again but not for long. After taking a towel and wiping his face, the blood disappears not even leaving a scar. He lays his mask in the top left drawer of his desk then shuts it. After throwing his outfit in the wash, Roxas puts his pj’s on and gets ready for bed.
