One cool thing they used to be able to do is little drop a lage chunk of them, making them a small creature, or eat a shit to to grow to a medium or large though this took a lot of time, I think it was a week per size category

Yeah, just read up on the original 2e description of Plasoids and I guess since their literary all water weight, they're heavier then most races their size. That saying, I'm pretty sure Plasm would be too heavy to go up their with someone else

Plasm was extremely confused as Flicker told everyone to shut up, seeing as no one had said anything at the time. The Warlock storied this curious interaction away for later pondering. "What if whoever is in charge flees while we deal with the minions? Maybe Aura's familiar could keep an eye from the outside for any escapees". Plasm would then look to the windows, "Flanking these bandits does sound like a good option to me"
Cool, umm... never played a game that used inspiration so... how does it work?
Plasm can squeeze through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide, provided they are wearing and carrying nothing. Plasm also have advantage on ability checks they make to initiate or escape a grapple.
Plasm could turn into their slime form and slip under the doors or, if luck, a crack in the wall
