It's the sapient undead version of flushing with emotion, since their blood is boring and unpalatable
@chukklehed: Okay, um, now that she's done and I looked her over in detail... she needs more reason to be around. ^^;
Her main reason for doing anything anywhere is "I want to be in the fat middle of history while it's happening"
... actually, I'll just say now because there's quite a few magically aware characters who would notice if they got close: the glow is basically mana. Barely filtered, completely uncontrolled and--when the glow's bright--alarming amounts. There's a good reason for it. xD
Anyone with magical experience would know exactly what it is from the feelings that causes.
