In-Depth Appearance: Molly is easily tanning, about 5'6" tall, and has inherited her mum's slim body type. She isn't that curvy, but she's even further away from being bony. Molly, like most girls, has some media inflicted body-image issues, looking at her perfectly fine body quite critically. Her hair is naturally curly, mid-length and often dyed a honey blonde tone, though her natural hair colour is a rather boring shade of brown. Molly has an infectious smile and dark brown eyes, and freckles that she usually hides under concealer. Her ears, which are pierced, stand out more than she'd like them to, probably being the most prominent feature on her otherwise tame self.
Molly has a scar under her chin and on her knee from when she fell when she was small. Light acne scarring on her upper back. She also has a small colourless tattoo of a bumblebee on the downside of her left wrist, and an occasional freckle here and there around her body.
Her clothing style has only recently started to reflect how Molly actually wishes to be seen. She uses denim jackets and striped t-shirts, often having something yellow on her. She balances the colour with some black. Her signature look often includes some dangly earrings, knee-high socks, and a necklace of some kind.

Habits:Tends to cover up freckles with foundation
Bites her nails when nervous - she knows it's gross but can't shake the habit (and tries to cover it up with nail polish)
Big hand gesturing when feeling any strong emotion.
Stuffs herself when sad. Or nervous... Or angry. Food is the solution to everything, really.
When she gets carried away laughing, she makes an audible snort sound, like, a loud one.
Mindless chit-chat and small talk in every situation, especially when she starts feeling awkward.

Molly appears to have it all together; she seems self-confident, outgoing and overall an uplifting presence to be around. While the statement is almost true - she does have a reputation for being the social butterfly - she lacks confidence, being ridiculously insecure. This trait of hers doesn't really shine out if you don't know her, since her way of hiding it is doing what she's good at: pretending. Her sunny personality isn't by any means fake, but she does appear much more determined than she really is, going through her life with a "fake it till you make it" sort of attitude.
Molly has a knack for making new friends quickly but she's actually quite hopeless when it comes to forming bonds. She has tons of schoolmates, but not really that many actual friends. The people she used to hang around in school she isn't really close with, and the friends she's had have almost always ended up drifting apart from her. She's known for being a goofy sometimes, but people who don't know much about her often end up thinking she's vain and hard to get to.

Molly is the the prime example of imperfect. She has quite a lot of ugly emotions, as she calls them, jealousy and envy being some of them. She is hard to get close with despite her yearning of connecting with someone, reading the situation or someone's intentions wrong and ruining it with her mindless chatter. When you get down and vulnerable with her, she quickly gets awkward and loses her facade, saying all the wrong things. When Molly gets mad, instead of talking it out she just starts turning a cold shoulder; a thing ultimately worse than arguing. And considering her age, she's still immature when it comes to some things.

Hometown: Born in Brighton, Unated Kingdom, currently lives in Brooklyn, New York

Background: Molly was born in Northern Brighton, England. She grew up as the only child and both her parents being businessmen, she used to move a lot when she was smaller. She's been to many countries, sp maybe the constant moving has made it hard for her to get any long-term friends, that's how she sees it.
Molly's family moved to Brooklyn permanently when her parents found jobs there, just before Molly's high school began.
In high school Molly dated twice, both disasters. At the time Molly hadn't yet discovered her true sexuality, and she ended up dumping both her high school boyfriends, something which divided the opinions on her quite a bit. Despite being popular, or maybe due to her being popular, she had some people who disliked her to varying degrees. While Molly tried to stay unfazed by this, she actually couldn't stand the thought of being disliked, even if it was someone she didn't even know about.

Miscellaneous:She was elected as the Prom Queen.
Molly is trying her best to avoid meat. She doesn't have a will of iron, unfortunately, and that isn't going so well for her.
Molly is right handed.
She is allergic to bees.
Molly is quite whimsical and hasn't a foggiest of what she'll be doing after high school. Her parents encourage her to follow their footsteps into the business world, but the girl herself isn't as keen on that, as she grew up with constant moving and her parents not really having time for her.
Molly often wonders if people only liked her because of her British accent
Used to dress very trend-like in high school before becoming slightly more comfortable with her own style. Has started using less heavy makeup.

Molly isn't really close to Kim, but she does have a small crush on her from high school. After all, it's common knowledge that Kim is bi. Around Kim Molly often tries to act her normal self, but ends up stuttering more than usual. She really wants the girl to like her, too.

Sable and Molly are friendly acquaintances from school. Both social butterflies, they've exchanged brief conversations more than once. Molly definitely finds Sable cute, and she might even nurse a small crush on her.

Sam was one of the few real friends Molly ever had. They used to be friends with benefits until Molly realised she wasn't into boys and ended it. She broke Sam's trust by not trusting him with her secret and this resulted in a fight where hurtful things were said, ultimately breaking the two's relationship completely. While it's Molly who messed up more (she didn't mean to end their friendship, although Sam perceived it this way), she's still angry at Sam for the things he said. She misses him though, and often ends up eating when she thinks about him.

Mackenzie and Molly are friends from their times as cheerleaders. Molly genuinely likes spending time with Mackie and usually takes her side of things.

Molly wanted to befriend Violet during high school, but she never got the chance (or courage) to go up to her. During summer their friendship blossomed, however, and the two come along great.

Blake and Molly are classmates. Blake has tutored Molly a lot, teaching her things she hasn't understood in class.

Jemima and Molly are classmates and friends by extension. Comfortable around Jem, Molly has started to unknowingly open up to her and show her true self. Jemima often encourages Molly to have more confidence in herself.

Molly has always found Richie quite fun even though she has fallen the victim of his pranks, too. Once the boy passed a rather embarrassing love letter to Molly in the middle of a class. Molly thought it was a prank at first, but then tried to let the boy down kindly when it was revealed that the letter was genuine. Nowadays Richie is mortified thinking about the cringy letter, and Molly - though always kind with him - tends to share her light-hearted jabs about it at him from time to time.

Molly genuinely appreciates Sonny looking after her. He has ended up being the friend Molly didn't think she needed but loves having. They once kissed in a school play after Molly had to play the part of the person she understudied, and now some people ship them, thinking they had great chemistry. It didn't help that they got later elected the Prom King and Queen. After breaking things with Sam, Molly went to Sonny's family's restaurant and ate a shit ton. She considers Sonny a kindred spirit.

Missy and Molly have a complicated relationship. Missy was the captain of the cheer squad Molly was in, and even though the two aren't even close to enemies, their chemistries certainly don't match. Missy usually says things that make Molly even more self-conscious than she already is, pointing out the exact wrong things about her behaviour or appearance to her. Molly is also rather intimidated by her, even though she knows the girl means no harm. Still, Missy has the unique ability to really get under Molly's skin, making her probably the only person who she actually sort of avoids if she can.

Although there are no prior relations between the two, Molly finds herself drawn to Spice. She might also be a teeny tiny bit jealous of Spice's "boyfriend", DeShawn.

Dee and Molly know each other from the area of sports. Nowadays the two mostly throw around jokes when they see each other. Dee also calls Molly Toff, something she only accepts from him because she knows it's a joke.
