Guys, I think I might have to drop out of this. I'm kind of losing interest and I have waaaay too many RPs at the mo anyway. I wish you guys luck for the future of this roleplay.
That's fine, have fun with your other roleplays!
"What are you..." Rey realized what his new coworker was doing in mid-sentence. "O-oh my god. Is this...is this safe?" He looked around, his throat dry. Everyone appeared to be snarling at them. This was certainly not an ideal situation. Sweating a little bit, he adjusted the camera and tried to swallow. Now all he could do was mutter, "Jesus," and hope that this man was more sane than he looked right now. Aubrey was practically a second away from transforming, and nearly foaming at the mouth. She stared the glorified zookeepers in the eyes and backed away, knowing full well that she would run out of space to back into very soon. Some inner voice was telling her to stop freaking out and go peacefully, but she didn't listen. "You can't have my liver...I'm using it," she said, her voice so snarly that it was nearly unrecognizable.
He'll bash ye fookin ead off
Aubrey bolted up so she was standing as straight as a pole. She fixed the two men with a wide stare and then shrank back behind the screen. They were here. That was them. It was her time. Her upper lip lifted itself to reveal her mean, sharp teeth and a growl rumbled from her chest into her throat. The part of her that knew logic and common sense wanted to give in; after all, the worker had a prod and would easily beat her into bloody submission if he needed to. But there was the part of her that made her a werewolf: The wild animal in her, the creature that responded to threats by being one. Like always, this part won over, and the soft warning growl had increased to thunder now. Rey felt a chill run down his spine. He made sure to stay behind Clifford. One of them sounded like it was definitely going to jump out at them and attack, and he felt surrounded. He glanced around, hoping to see the friend who'd gone missing. He wasn't there. Pushing back disappointment, he focused back on Clifford and the weapon he held. The sound of growling was really creeping him out, but could he really blame them? All he could do was keep filming and hope they didn't tackle him and break the minuscule camera.
@XxLyraxX O.O Woah she's like vegetarian or vegan. Poor kid, it's like someone chopped up flounder and company for dinner. XD
Yeah, that's basically what she's feeling like xD
It's so fun to be inconsiderate in character. >:)
Awesome.
Eva stared at Mara, then the food that had materialized in front of her, and grinned widely. "Sweet! Seaweed, though? Oh, man. Where do you get your blubber?" She sat next to her, practically bouncing up and down, closed her eyes, and imagined a plate piled with raw fish. When she opened her eyes, of course, there it was, waiting for her. "Oh my god. Oh my god. All this food and I didn't even have to work for it. Oh. My. God. Coming here was the best decision I've ever made." She stuffed a fish into her mouth and munched happily.
Aubrey's gaze fell to the stained metal that crisscrossed below them. "It won't be easy," she replied. "And I will probably be recovering from surgery, which would only complicate things. But we cannot be slaves forever. I've lost track of how long I've been here; you don't deserve to suffer that long. No one does." She sighed and looked around again. The time was growing near. Rey followed the man, trying to resist the urge to pinch his nose shut. He glanced around the closet and back toward the man's whiteboard. "R--Jesse, sir. Jesse Wilson. Nice to meet you. I've been told I should find a surgeon so I can observe the extraction process. Are you one?"
Eva jogged through the gaping doors and into the large dining hall. Now she had a question. "So I'm really hungry, this place just kinda reminded me. Can we have some grub now?" One thing was certain, eating in this place was going to make her feel like some royal subject, which was always awesome.
Eva considered piping up and asking if she could see the pool, but decided not to, because going near enough to water at this point would probably lead to an awkward situation with a distressed and slightly-embarrassed seal involved. So instead, she said, "Not from me, sir."
