@Genkai It would depend on the plot. Anything particular you have in mind? For example, in Harry Potter I won't typically play a member of the trio but have played members of the Marauder's in AU versions of the story line.

Calling HP Fans for a Marauder's Era RP Possible 18+

I am working on a more specific interest check for this but thought I'd see if there was some general interest in the plot before putting too much work into it. I used to write fanfiction on the WB Harry Potter Boards when that was a thing. One of my favorite and most popular fanfictions was a Marauder's AU (Alternate Universe) where OCs were introduced into the Marauder's inner circle and completely changed the timeline. For example, Frank and Alice Longbottom do not get tortured into madness. As the GM I would be playing as my own OC as well as cannon characters for the sake of simplicity. Players would be sorted into a house dependent on how they respond to a "quiz" I'm writing for this purpose. You can be a hero or a villain, whatever you prefer. It will span the entire length of Hogwarts years 1-7 as well as adulthood of the marauders. We will more than likely cover bits and pieces of each year and not every single day of every single year. I'm also open to co-gming if anyone is interested.

Codex’s 1x1 Interest Check

Welcome to Codex’s 1x1 Interest Check, it is a pleasure to have you. A little bit about me: I am a 24-year-old female (doesn’t matter to me what gender you are but I understand for some strange reason it matters to other people) and I prefer to RP with 18+ given that I prefer romance RPs. I work a full-time job in retail and so I work odd hours but am usually available at least once a day if not more. I have been out of the RP game for a little while (I was last on before Guild Fall) and so I would currently consider myself a casual RPer. I can play male or female and can play FxF, MxF and MxM pairings but prefer them in the order I just specified (greatest interest to lowest interest).

Rules

They are sometimes a necessary evil but I’ll try to keep it brief.

• You must be 18+ to RP with me, this is non-negotiable (yes, I am aware that I have no way of verifying this but I would hope you’d be respectful of someone’s wishes).
• All RPs I participate in will have some form of romance but that does not have to be the sole focus of the RP.
• Do NOT ask me to PM you, this is my interest check so I am clearly interested in RPing. I just think it’s rude to go to someone else’s interest check and tell them to PM you when you are perfectly capable of PMing the original poster. -gets off soap box-
• Either PM me or mention me in your reply so that I will know to respond to you.
• When telling me you are interested please let me know if you are interested in FxF, MxF or MxM and which character you would prefer to play. For MxF pairings I do prefer to play the male.
