The World Has Died

So, I've been itching for a zombie roleplay, and I haven't really seen any, so I'm going to set one up! Before I set up full on details and character requirements, I'd really like to see how many people would be interested in a mystical zombie roleplay. What I mean by this, is that rather than a virus, it is a curse that spreads from a zombie to a person they have slain. What/who triggered that curse? I can't give away secrets. But! What I can tell you is that a bite or scratch is not a death sentence, there are a few extra methods of defending yourself, i.e. Magic, and that zombies must be struck in the heart to be defeated, not the head. This is a very interesting concept and i might join! Just one question, is there a way players can play as zombies? For example, I have a character named Rei Sato, who is a zombie, but she doesn't attack others or fall apart. Can there be, like, different types of zombies? Dumb ones, intelligent ones, fast ones, slow ones.. Some that go ka-boom?

Oh! Speaking of which, I have some lore proposals for elves now.

• They could be Tolkien-style elves, superior to humans in every respect. Ageless, sensitive, powerful, and magical, they are one of the strongest races of the lot - and everyone will want to play as them. If these are the kinds of elves we want, we should probably restrict them to one or two players.
• If we're looking for something more balanced, they could be "prey humans," so to speak. They'd be ageless, but more fragile, with delicate bodies more prone to serious injury or illness, so they'd die off at about the same rate as humans. Monsters and animals alike might hunt them due to their physical weakness and softer flesh, so elves would have to resort to magic, rather than physical strength, to protect themselves. Their vulnerability to disease might also explain why they would 1) stay in their forest, where the climate is ideal for them, and 2) reject visitors into their cities, who could be carrying diseases that are deadly to them. Adventuring elves would have to be particularly powerful and skilled with magic, able to cast vitality spells to survive hostile environments, and combat spells to fight off the most dangerous threats.

They both sound great! Im leaning more towards the second option, seeing as most characters that i have roleplayed as, that were elves, were very sensitive. This lore would also explain their caution towards newcomers. I like it~!

Highschool

I have been doing fantasy, action, and supernatural roleplays for so long, they've gotten tiring. I'd like to do a more casual roleplay (A slice of life roleplay). This is a high school where your characters can be anyone! From demons and angels to the undead.. Even humans are welcome! I just want a simple roleplay where everyone's characters are important. There isn't any plot in mind, just go with the flow. Of course, the first scene in the roleplay will be the first day of school. The post requirements are; They must be at least 5 sentences long. You must post at least once a day or every other day, no less. There are no character requirements, but I dont want OP characters. If there are fights, I want them to be fair. There will be 18+ subjects like drug use, sexual content and foul language. All sex scenes MUST fade to black (Unless you take them to PM's), so no kinky shizzle. Other than that, I dont care what you do. I just want a place where people can roleplay and have fun.
