Personality: Despite what many might think when they hear the name Moses, Caster is a polite and soft-spoken man. Years spent at Pharaoh’s court and later leading the Israelites have left him relatively knowledgeable when it comes to politics and negotiation, although he never really liked either. He still prefers attempting to negotiate before resorting to violence or coercion, however, and will rarely if ever initiate combat. When he does fight, his face hardens and he seems detached, as if he is doing his utmost to not think about what he’s doing. He almost never talks in combat (sparring with someone he considers a friend is another story). At heart, he is a simple man who treasures time spent with friends above all else. He also has a slight mischievous streak, but it only comes out around people he trusts completely. Although he does not regret the freeing of the Israelites from their slavery in Egypt, he resents Yahweh for choosing him to do the freeing because it pitted him against his foster brother.
History: Moses was born to an Israelite slave named Jochebed in Egypt. When the Pharaoh ordered all Hebrew baby boys slain, Moses’ mother set him adrift on the Nile River in a basket in order to save him. The basket was found by a member of the royal family who chose to raise him as one of their own. He was the Foster Brother of Ramesses II and a friend of Nefertari. However, after an incident where he killed an Egyptian overseer who was beating an Israelite slave, he fled into the desert, where he was taken in by a tribe of Midianites.
While living with the Midianites, serving as a shepherd, he encountered a bush that burned without burning up. A voice spoke from that bush, identifying itself as Yahweh, the God of the Israelites, and instructing him to return to Egypt and convince the new Pharaoh, his foster brother Ramesses, to free the Israelite slaves. Although initially reluctant, he did end up making the journey back to Egypt and alongside his blood brother Aaron, told the Pharaoh to let his people go. However, when Moses told him to free the Israelites, Ramesses refused. So, Yahweh released the 10 Plagues of Egypt through Moses and his staff. Ramesses finally agreed with Moses' request when the Pharaoh's firstborn son was killed by the final plague.
Moses, though saddened by having to unleash the wrath of Yahweh on a man he still considered his brother, led a joyful exodus from Egypt… until they were trapped between the Red Sea and a legion of Egyptian charioteers with Ramesses at the head. At that moment, Moses raised his staff and parted the Red Sea, allowing the Israelites to walk through. Oddly, none of the Egyptians tried to follow them. Moses looked back once while walking through the Sea and silently bid his friend goodbye.
He led the Israelites for decades after that, most notably obtaining the Ten Commandments from Yahweh on Mount Sinai. Unfortunately, the Israelite people were not very good at the whole following Yahweh thing, and because of that he died before reaching the land promised to them.
Weapon: A shepherd’s staff—a long piece of wood with a hooked end. It is capable of being used in combat without breaking from the force of his blows (not completely immune to breakage; that would be silly). He can also transform it into an Egyptian Cobra that effectively serves as his familiar. The cobra is classified as a Monstrous Creature. He calls it Tzipporah, after his wife.

- Jacob's Limbs B: A method of hand-to-hand combat of old that was continuously inherited from Jacob to Moses. According to legends, a saint who mastered this for sure would beat to death an "angel of destruction" that leads 12,000 angels.

Description: Moses calls upon Yahweh, bringing down His wrath, although on a smaller scale than what preceded the Exodus. For one thing, the original Ten Plagues affected the entire country of Egypt. When Caster uses the Ten Plagues, he creates a High-Thaumaturgy Boundary Field that cannot be escaped from in a chosen location. The interior of the Field then experiences the plagues in order, for two hours each. There is a thirty minute reprieve between plagues (during this reprieve, the effects of the previous plague that don’t involve death or injury—with the exception of the boils—fade) when he can deactivate the Field, but once a plague is in action, it cannot be stopped.
The Plagues, in order:
- Blood: All water within the confines of the field is turned into blood
- Frogs: The area inside the field is overrun with frogs
- Gnats and Lice: The area inside the field is overrun with gnats and lice. These fill the air, impeding vision and trying very hard to be inhaled by any living thing there.
- Flies: The area inside the field is overrun with flies. Along with behaving similarly to the gnats and lice, they also bite. The bite is not immediately harmful, but causes pain equivalent to that of a bite of a bullet ant (as painful as a gunshot; lasts 24 hours).
- Pestilence: Any animals trapped in the field die and decompose rapidly
- Boils: Boils erupt from the skin of anyone trapped in the field. They cover the skin, to the point where even movement is painful. The boils dissipate in the pause between this and hail.
- Hail: Golfball-sized (1.75 inch diameter) hail falls within the field at a speed of 84 m/s. If outside, it falls from the sky. If inside, it falls from the ceiling.
- Locusts: The area inside the field is overrun with locusts. Like the flies, the locusts fill the air and have an extremely painful bite. Unlike the flies, the locusts are not stopped by (some) walls. They can chew through plantlife and anything made from plantlife.
- Darkness: The area inside the field is plunged into darkness. No artificial light is able to penetrate this darkness.
- Death of the Firstborn: Anyone in the field who neither has nor has ever had an elder sibling dies.
