I like Hisoka, by the way. He seems like he's gonna be fun to watch. Although his slight similarities to a certain Fate/Zero Master is making me a little nervous based on what I have planned for mine.

I think he's pretty usable, at least for Hisoka, whose magecraft is just basic, and has a bit of morals as well. I hope you do find a Master that will use him as much as you expect him to be used, though!

The main problem with Moses is he has to go either go against his personal morals or believe that there is no other option to be at his maximum effectiveness (that is, use his Noble Phantasm).

Working on my Master and hoping someone thinks Moses is usable (there's a certain type of person that I think he'd be most effective with, but I don't know if anyone's gonna play their Master that way).

As a fan of obscure American trivia, I am ecstatic to see Norton up there and may or may not want to pair my Master with him, depending on whether I decide to keep her American or not (and, of course, depending on whether he's been claimed by the time I finish her).
