"Although I'm happy you had made it on time to meet your partner" She said to the purple digimon. ""Knowing these digimon were our last hope in our fight against the recent grow of power hungry digimon we tried to find a way for them to become stronger as quickly as possible. The conclusion we found was one told in story books and legends, human tamers. Ones that could use their abilities in order to support and help strengthen their digimon without having to absorb the digi-cores of others. We made preparations immediately, and here you are."

"So please. Take today to get to know your partners and each other as well, for you all will be working together from today onward, Tamers"

As she was beginning to leave and go back into the cafeteria she turned around to face everyone. "Oh I had almost forgotten. Please do not lose your digivices. They are essential for all Tamers to have and are your connection between you and your digimon."

"Oh cool." Kiba said as he looked to Gabumon X. "So how exactly am I gonna be helping you Wolfy?"

Gabumon X scowled at him "I told you not to call me that and I don't NEED any help. So all you need to do is sit back and watch me trash enemies."

Kiba grinned at this "Oh cool. I didn't know you were that strong."

"O-of course I am you idiot. In fact I might be the strongest digimon in the world." He said puffing out his chest with pride.

"Waaah really? That puts me at ease knowing my partner is so reliable" This only inflated Gabumons ego alittle more as he puffed his chest even more(Now looking like a balloon). Kiba chuckled before walking towards the rest of the group. "I guess we should introduce ourselves right? I'm Kiba and this is my partner, Wolfy." He said with a small wave.

"Oi, I JUST told you not to calll me that. I am Gabumoon X. Even just Gabumon is fine!"

Norn walked into the middle of the room with a smile as she watched the humans interact with digimon in such a positive way. She claps her hands in order to get the attention of both the humans and digimon in the room. “Ok everyone please stop what you're doing., I feel like it's time for the humans to meet their partners. Well, the rest of them anyways.” She said as she gesturing to the Dorumon pair. She then turns around and goes through a door leading to the backyard.

“Okie dokie Norn!” Kiba said as he gave one of the in-training digimon one last pat before standing up and entering through the back door. When he stepped through the door he was greeted to the sight of a beautiful garden filled with flowers are trees that all looked like mixtures of other plants and flora put together. Some having strange color schemes while others looking as if it were made of metal. About half way through the walkway stood 4 digimon standing around, one trying to clean up what looked like a potted plant that was attacked by something (Dorumon). “Ah so these are our partners eh? All we gotta do is wave this thingy in front of them and that’ll show us who our partner is right?” He said as he waved said object in the air.

“Correct Kiba. the digivice will react to whichever digimon you are partnered with the same way Roberts digivice reacted to Dorumon.”

“Ah, neat.” He casually said as he waved the device above the orange dinosaurs head, with nothing happening. He repeated this until he got to the white and blue furred digimon. The digivice glowed softly as it heated up, changing its colors from its bland gray to a white and blue digivice. “Hehe, guess that means we’re partners eh? I look forward to working with you buddy” He said holding out his hand.

“... Miss Norn, please tell me this is a mistake. THERE IS NO WAY THIS SOFT LOOKING GUY IS MY PARTNER!” The rookie began to yell. “This is a joke right!?”

“I’m sorry Gabumon, but there is no mistake. Kiba here is indeed your partner.”

“You gotta be kidding me!!!” Gabumon yelled in defeat and he fell to his knees in defeat.

“Ehhh, sorry Wolfy. Looks like you’re stuck with me.” Kiba said with a chuckle as he bent down to pat his shoulder.

“Oi don’t call me that!. My name is Gabumon X you brat.” Gabumon yelled as he pointed his claws at Kiba threateningly.

“Ah ok, My name's Kiba, nice to meet you.” He said as the threat went comepletely over his head and shook Gabumons claw.
