I already PMed the GM and I told them I was dropping out, but bump, bump, bump!

Brothers and sisters are natural enemies. Like casual RPers and Advanced RPers! Or Free RPers and Advanced RPers! Or Nation RPers and Advanced RPers! Or Advanced RPers and other Advanced RPers!
Damn Advanced Roleplayers! They ruined the Advanced section!

Well, starting to think I'm the only person on the internet who actually doesn't like RWBY.Not even a majority of the fandom liked RWBY. I really can't remember a week where I was in it and somebody DIDN'T complain about something related to it. It was generic as far as characters, setting and dialogue went, but it was unique in the aspect of idea, weaponry and music. I admittedly liked RWBY back when it was just trailers a bit more, but I don't knock its value down a notch, because I still used it to create a variety of RPs, stories and characters even to this day.
I'll admit it, that did make me cry. This entire thing is hitting me so much harder than I expected it to. Maybe it's not just the loss of one incredible man; maybe it's what it represents. I don't know, but every time I think I'm okay I get torn up again. Is anyone else getting hit harder than they thought they would?[Raises hand.] I mean, when famous people generally die, it doesn't hit me that hard. Death never really affects me, not even close family death. Not strongly anyway. But Monty Oum was a valid part of my life, despite me never even meeting the guy in person. Because of his work, I've met countless friends and left behind some creative pieces and characters of my own. I'll tell you, the guy really did leave behind a legacy. It's not just a bunch of people sending their prayers to the family because it's tragic -- it's because most of them feel the pain too.
Oh, wow! I had no idea about that, I actually thought that this one happened first for some reason. It's really a nice surprise to know that someone actually liked that story this much though, haha~ I'm really looking forward to seeing where this goes!Really? I was sure I told you.. anyway, yeah, that's why I went ahead and created this one. Also, if you guys want to start plotting romance among your characters, by all means, go right ahead. Even if it involves love triangles and jealousy, hehe.

Full Name
Blake McCormick
Nickname(s)
The edgy teenager, he has none currently.
Gender
Male
Age
17
Romantic Preference
Doesn't really, doesn't really care (to be explored).
Weapon
Void Carver, which is exactly what it looks like: a hybrid between a rifle and a scythe. It's specifically designed for all of your edgy needs, including slicing and dicing shoot 'em up on random forest creatures who probably didn't deserve it (good job, Blake).
Personality
On the surface, Blake appears to be extremely shallow, uncaring and even apathetic. He also has an extreme attitude that often causes him to insult others, make comments that are snarky or sarcastic and has a personality that stems from the stereotypical "woe it's me" behavior. Despite being rough around the edges, Blake can actually be surprisingly sympathetic and even friendly. While appearing to be a sociopath with disregard for human emotion, this is actually far from the truth as he cares too much, causing him to ultimately create rifts of between between himself and others.
Reason For Hearing The Melody
He was lonely, bored and tired of life.
Biography
Born to a low income family, Blake lost his mother at birth. Never friendly with his father, who worked busy as a single father and relied heavily on women (and men) that he brought home from work, Blake never really felt a void for missing either of his parents and aged terribly to be a high-school deadbeat who rarely attended. For a while, he even picked up a vice of trying acid until the price "rose too high" (or at least that's the excuse he gave his dealer). Feeling sorry for himself, lost and alone, he has the unfortunate joy of finally hearing the melody.

The River by Good CharlotteYay! Thank you! And oops...I probably should have planned my character's race out a little better there...he almost was a demon, too, but then I found that picture...sorry about that. I'm considering a second character as well, but I probably won't have it done for a while since I'm still catching up with everything. I kinda want to see what we end up needing more of, too.Well, the RP will probably have a bit of a slow start, so I'm sure you'll have time. And it's fine, Yami, we're allowed to have duplicates, y'know. Besides, I owe you some credit: it was your neko love Roleplay that I loved so dearly that made me create Moonlight Sonata, truth being told. So, darling, you can be anything you want.
