Noah Perfecto Malubay

25

Male

Heterosexual

Dark chocolate brown hair and a matching pair of chocolate eyes accompany the chiseled face that Noah was gifted. He was a student athlete in high school and college, swapping from gymnastics to wrestling once he entered high school and continuing on the sport in college, which is how he was able to maintain a solid, muscled physique. He has broad shoulders and a body made of stone, but since his time out of school and sports he hasn't been maintaining the ideal physique he once had.

Noah has a pretty basic fashion sense. He likes solid colors and plain clothing, never really trying anything too eccentric or far out. He can often be found in a pair of jeans, joggers, or shorts, sneakers in toe, with any basic button up or tee, and possibly a jacket. Simple tastes for an even simpler man.

Cut from a cloth made of cotton candy, Noah is your genuine sweetheart. He is kind and caring with a heart made of pure gold. The young man is dependable and trustworthy, who's always on the path of the straight and narrow. But all that goodness that fills his body, heart, and soul makes him too cautious and safe, to the point of plain boring. His naivety shows a lot in his real life experiences as taking risks is a scary leap that he isn't always willing to take.

Noah does try his hardest to get the approval of others though, as he is a selfless man who often times sees himself as worthless to other people. As confident as Noah can seem outright, internally he is a boiling, smoldering mess. He does what is asked of him and doesn't complain, most of the time doing more than what was even requested, but most of the time that still isn't enough in his mind. And that eats at him.

Born and raised in Fresno, California was truly a blessing for Noah. His parents immigrated from the Philippines and worked hard to create a safe and secure environment before starting a family. Noah was born with a twin sister named Marie, who grew up to be the complete opposite of him. She was loud and obnoxious with thick skin and an ambitious spirit, something Noah always envied. The two grew up inseparable and were best friends out of the womb.

Life in California was good for Noah as he grew up and had many friends, good grades, and was talented in athletics, having found a calling in both gymnastics and wrestling. Thankfully with a scholarship, due to his hard work in high school, Noah was able to get into a great school which brought him to NYU, where he worked towards and graduated with a degree in Advertising. In college was where Noah met the love of his life, Reagan, the one he knew he was going to spend the rest of his life with. She was beautiful beyond compare, with a stare that could suck out your soul and a tongue that could cut diamonds. He was also lucky enough to make one of the greatest friends, if not THE best friend, Osmond Wright.

Out of college Noah worked at a large advertising firm as an account associate, but found that it wasn't what he had expected. The new college graduate thought it was going to be flashing lights and glamorous in the corporate world, but it was the exact opposite. So Noah left, which was not something he often did. For the first time in his life, Noah did something for himself, and that shit blew up in his face.

Leaving his great paying job at the agency came with a lot of costs. Reagan decided that with no financial security and the dreams of a big house in the Hamptons gone, she dropped Noah without much of a thought. So down on luck for doing something selfish for once, Noah turned to one of the other people in his life that he knew he could count on, his best friend Ozzie.

  • Noah just started work at a multimedia production company, Profiteer, that produces various podcasts and broadcasts a radio talk show. They also have a following on different social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • His job title is of a Producer, something he never really thought he'd be.

Geeky ~ Awkward ~ Sweet ~ Naive ~ Kind-hearted ~ Oblivious

Growing up Astrid was always shy. She was the one who stood in the corner at family events, with her legs crossed and eyes to the floor, attempting her best to not draw any attention to herself. Often soft-spoken, Astrid has grown into herself and does her best to speak out. There are many things that fly over her head, like jokes and flirting. Being bit of a geek she sometimes forgets social cues in a way that causes her nerves and anxiousness to kick out.

She is generally a sweet, sweet person, but again, with age she has learned to be more refined. Astrid still carries her heart on her sleeve, the kindness oozing out of her, but that once naive wallflower has blossomed into a naive sunflower in a field of roses.

Astrid was born and raised in New York City along side her then best friend and cousin, Nicole. They lived in different boroughs of New York City, but Astrid's family visited quite often as their mothers were sisters, and close ones at that. Having mothers who were each other's best friends made it a no brainer that the two cousins would end up being the best of friends too. Their friendship was built on family and innocence, but it couldn't always last forever.

It was during her transition into middle school that Astrid and her family moved away for her father's new job. It took them to the other side of the country, on the bright sunny, sandy shores of California.

Living in California was hard for Astrid as everyone there was tall, beautiful, and talented, not to mention sun-kissed skin was something she was not blessed with. Astrid was the complete opposite. She was a shy, awkward, timid girl with big, bright red rimmed glasses to top it off her hair was always in a pony-tailed mess. And the whole thing with sun screen protecting someone from burning, that wasn't a thing for Astrid as no amount of sun screen protected her from becoming a tomato after a few hours at the beach.

It wasn't until high school that Astrid began filling in and finding herself. She found a comfort and outlet in writing and became quite independent and good with it. As time moved on, so did the relationship between Astrid and Cole. They grew up in different directions, Astrid hearing of her cousin's adventures and antics from their mothers weekly phone calls or the every so often they got a chance to speak and catch up.

Wanting to find a way to be more like Cole, Astrid began studying harder than ever, doing whatever she could so she would be able to go to college in New York City to be closer to Nicole. But to her surprise they ended up doing the opposite of one another, with Cole heading to California for college and Astrid going to Cornell in New York.

College were the years that Astrid truly blossomed into a person she could be confident in. People, more so boys, started noticing her more. She grew into her red-rimmed glasses and her messy blonde locks began to curl and wave. A lot of help did come from makeup, but having no real skill in applying it to herself didn't make too much of a difference. Her striking baby blues were always a plus to have too when it came to catching the attention of others, but no matter how much she tried, Astrid was still the shy, awkward girl she knew she was.

Her confidence only showed when it came through her writing, so after graduating from Cornell she found a job at a small multimedia company as an editor. She has been there since then, having found a steady job that pays well, with a mission she believes in, but still hasn't found any confidence in herself.

Even if they grew apart Astrid was ecstatic, with her heart exploding with joy, the moment she was invited to be one of Cole's bridesmaids for her wedding. She had met the groom Darien a few times when they were younger, but vaguely remembers him, or so she likes to mention.

But nonetheless, Astrid was blessed to be part of the wedding and not to mention she probably deserved a bit of a vacation and some time to have fun.

Astrid's parents are: Roel and Lili Nygaard.
Astrid has a brother who is two years younger, his name is Armand.
She has tried Tinder, but was too afraid to actually meet anyone as she's heard stories and isn't one to have a one night stand.
Surprisingly has a liver made of diamonds, she can hold her own when it comes to drinking.

Is your post done or is it a wip? xD

Ended without ending or did I read it wrong? heh
i vant a dude.

Aoi woke with the group by the simple command that was given.

"Awaken," she echoed over and over to herself as they made their way through darkness with only the light of the torch the armored men carried.

Awaken to what? For what? Aoi had questions that she wanted answers too, but it was silent all the way through their trek. It wasn't up until they entered a building that was plastered with a recruitment sign that the voices of others began chiming through. Aoi wasn't one to ever not speak, but her mind was still lost in transition of her surroundings. Nothing was making sense to her and nothing was clicking.

Everything that the man spoke went in one ear and out the other as the questions from the other's continued rolling in. The only thing she could figure out was that she was Aoi and she felt the need to somehow warm up the others. She bit her lip at the last question that was asked. It was from a girl who was standing beside her in the back of the group who came up with the last question, asking about their memory indirectly, but more in search of the purpose of them.

At the man's last question to the group, Aoi finally spoke. "It depends, where we're being sent to?"
Daehwi shrugged his shoulders as he led the way down to the galley of the ship, with Momoe in tow. Of course, he couldn't show the nervousness and anxiety that filled his mind as he was the guy and the older of the two, but deep down he was shaking in his boots as they explored the underbelly of the ship.

"Let's be careful, we don't want to touch anything we don't know about." He suggested to Momoe. That's when he noticed a nearby crate that had something gold on top of it. The bright, shiny tint that it had caught his attention and gaze. It was a coin of some kind, but Daehwi figured he'd keep it tucked away in case they might need it for later.

As the pair of teenagers went down to the lower level of the boat, Topher was left up top with Sara. Her gaze was on something, but Topher couldn't figure it out. He looked at her eyes, then towards the direction she was staring off at, but couldn't put his finger on it.

"Is something there?" He muttered.

"No news yet." The man said, forcing a hand out towards Abram.

The Auror from Santa Barbara obliged at the courtesy the other man was showing, gripping his own hand into his with a smile. "Abram Fish, it's good to be working with you all."

"I bet." He replied. "You can call me Kyle."

"Kyle," Abe said with a nod, releasing his grip from the man. "You mind if we look around a bit? I want to get the feel of the scene, kind of put myself in their shoes." He waved his hands back and forth, letting out the awkward lion that was caged underneath the fresh and hungry one that was used to being out.

Inside his head he gave himself a nice, face palm at his actions, but it was already too late to go back on it, and he chuckled nervously as Kyle agreed to his request.

"Head on in then, I'm sure Claire can give you the run down once you guys get inside. Don't touch anything!"

"Thanks, Kyle." Abe said as he inched closer towards the house, leaving Kyle behind by the tape. "Kyle's an interesting guy." Abram let out as they made their way into the house. There were burn marks around the house, with scratches and huge claw marks all around the walls and tables, surprising the wizard.

"So we're dealing with more than just wizards then."
