The Mindscape just makes it easier for a mental manipulator to mentally manipulate. As always, if you have strong enough wards on your mind or a strong enough will, you can block out a manipulator.

Changes can be in the state of brokenness just fine. It's just that they can only breka naturally. Our readings and what we saw in the Mindscape when we tried to fix Spirit showed that he was somehow breaking them--and once they were broken, they stayed that way.

Yeah. It's pretty bad. He stopped after four of our group, and one of the villains who attacked us had actually been turned evil a long time ago by him, but we're working on fixing them.

Basically, she was turned evil. Her morality, relationships, and emotions, for the most part, were disconnected from her decision-making, but she was left with a slight tip toward evil deeds, without any check by the good side. Same thing happened to a few others in this group.
