Depends on how much I concentrate. I can see it in light shadows if I look hard enough, and the darker it gets, the more obvious it is for me to see it whether I want to or not. But most of the time, I don't notice it at all because it's something I've always lived with and just filter out.

It's a thing with my eyes and brain where when it gets dark, everything flickers like static on a television. It doesn't affect quality of life or anything, but I can't distinguish some of the dimmer point of light from the snow I see.

The worst part about visual snow is the fact that when I look at the night sky, I can't tell if I'm seeing the faint l points of lights that are the more distant stars or if it's just my eyes showing my things that aren't there.
