Nikko slipped and landed back on his four paws. He knew this cub would be a good friend for him to have. He playfully went to bite his ear to pull himself back on his back legs.

Artemis noticed the scar but was not sure if she should say anything about it. "Its okay. Before coming here, I didn't talk to anyone except my cubs. And my late mate." She said trying not to tear up at the thought. "Sorry, I didn't mean to bring it up."

"You got it Tom." She said grabbing her bat placing it on her shoulders as she ran as fast as she could to the east wing of the museum. She looked through every office with out seeing anyone. "Come out, come out where ever you are." She said kicking down the womens bathroom door. "Now is not a good time to piss me off." She said walking in swinging her bat back and forth. She looked down to see feet in one of the stalls. "Come out Eliza....there is no where to go." She said pulling out her 9mm glock pulling it back to get it ready to shot her if she tried to run.

Artemis smiled as the vampire bowed to her saying his name was Kai. "My name is Artemis." She said with a small curtsy to show him respect in return. "He is protective of her because the other Vampires were hunting her apparently." She said looking back seeing Saedd was sick again. "I haven't met anyone here before this, I just got wrapped into this because me and Rena are the same race." She said with a sigh. "I'm sorry if I seem so tense around you. My parents were killed...well by other vampires. Seeing you protect us just seemed out of the usual for me and I wanted to know why. I was always taught that the vamps only were out for blood and nothing more." She said hoping not to offend him.
