"No need to worry Yuki." Asuka replied almost immediately regarding her late coming resulting in a missed chance at joining clubs. "This just means rumors of your greatness will spread to schools faster. Without even playing you'll be a force to be feared." She chuckled lightly as though already having things set in motion.
"And as for you. Please do leave things such as that to the student council." She spoke to Luca. "Otherwise I'll get bored and have only paperwork and socializing to keep me busy." She chuckled. It wasn't so bad really. But she would have liked to handle taiga herself earlier. still her words were more of a formality. She was fine with his interference and knew she wouldn't be capable of stopping the young boy regardless. Which was good. Nobody liked a pushover which, for the most part, Luca wasn't. For the most part anyway.
Before she could speak up more on the subject Yuki asked whether she would be going to the festival or not. A perfect transition for her really. "I will be actual. My yukata is all ready. I was going to go home, wash up an change into it." With that her small smile faded slightly. "But it won't be all fun an games. Due to some circumstances I'll be managing a booth all by myself. I don't even know if I'll be able to handle that much work alone." He sighed before his gaze shifted between the two falling on Luca.
"Since you're going. Perhaps you'd like to help me out. It should be no problem given all the times I've helped you out of sticky situations with teachers and helped keep you out of trouble. Right?" She asked Luca, puppy dog eyes present with a small pout. Albeit those times did usually end in lecture, but that was gold considering how they could have ended.
"Oh and of course you could be by his side the entire time. It would likely be much less stressful than maneuvering through the crowds of people with him so badly bruised." And there it was. Her attempt to coerce both into aiding her. There was no real reason why it wouldn't work. And Luca would likely know she wouldn't be giving up so easily on this. Yuki could use the excuse to justifiably stick closer to the young man too. A perfect plan executed by the female student council president.
Good point, when I read the combination of sky and rain, I thought the flame title you gave actually fit it and the description made sense. But hopefully you hold onto that no abuse part :P

Actually one use I have in mind is catching the super ball wrap one. If you see once it gets bouncing its kind of deadly lol so he could use the flames to slow it and catch it. Lol and I would only abuse it against npcs and that's only if the npc are like cannon fodder XD
Creating completely new flames is prohibited. Flames that are a variation like the flame of Wrath are allowed but are heavily moderated. Though reading about the flames it seems it can only occur with people who possess the sky flame dye to its ability to harmonize with the other flames. The flame of Wrath is a mix of sky and storm boosting the storm's degeneration ability so instead of being gradual degeneration it's instant destruction.
This is true. The sky flame can mix itself with other flames. So if a person has two flames from birth they can do it. Nicolas was born with this unique flame which is why he has the two. I mean aside from that all it is is a combination of the sky and rain like I said which wash just something I hit would work very well. If the storm flames brings about wrath,rain flames ring about peace or, to some, subjugation.
More importantly... Luca's gonna need a bigger house xD

Oh of course I sent it and showed it to Vongola before posting it in the Character Tab :) As of now it isn't even really in it's strongest form, but even so, I'm confident that I won't abuse his ability and it's already been accepted which was why I asked all of your opinions lol. And just because you aren't a Gm doesn't mean you're opinion isn't valid. Like I won't straight up ignore your existence just because you aren't a GM XD

Username: Demon Shinobi Name: Nicolas "Nico" Chiavarone Age: 15 Gender: Male Country of Origin: Italy Role: Chiavarone XI boss in training Flame: Flame of Peace/Subjugation - Comprised of the Flames of the Sky and Rain, This flames is primarily orange with a blue hue outlining it. Utilizing the attributes of both flames, the user is able to assimilate with their surroundings and slow their enemy. With enough power and experience, the user may completely immobilize a target. The true power of this ability though, is to calm the mind of the target, or in extreme cases cause the enemies mind to be brought to peace, thus losing all will to fight. This only applies, however, so long as the enemy is within the range of the user. This flame also allows the user to fight in their calmest, most natural state of mind.
Currently, Nicolas is only capable of using this flame to the extent of slowing an opponent and calming them a bit within a range of about 3 yards around with him at the center.
Weapon/Fighting Style: Nicolas is a budding weapons specialist, though he has a ways to go. However, his primary weapons include his Gauntlet and various smaller "toy" weapons. And Being that his equipment is made to channel and work with his flames, he does not have box weapon variations as they would be pointless unless he were simply using the boxes for storage. 1) Gauntlet - Taking a page from Lal Mirch's book, Nicolas uses a version of the Nuvola Gauntlet mounted on his left arm. Fitted to utilize his flames, it is capable of shooting up to six projectiles of concentrated Sky, Rain or Peace Dying Will Flames at a time with homing abilities. It has also been modified to fire his special brand of toys should he not feel like throwing them. This also allows for more power and speed with them. The gauntlet can project Sky, Rain or Peace Dying Will Flames projectiles to form a net around its target. As the net is made of flames attempting to flee from it would cause burns. 2) Super Ball (12) - Special made super ball with extreme power, it's ricochet is fast and dangerous. It can bounce off surfaces and is tough enough that it can pierce through wood and metal. The only reason Nicolas can wield them as weapons is due to his ability to calculate at speeds comparable to a supercomputer, given that he is able to calculate the trajectories of his bouncy balls perfectly. 3) Super Ball: Model Two (15) - Nicolas is more skilled with these balls then his super balls. A ball that looks, and for the most part works, like a regular super ball, it is actually filled with gunpowder, and will explode when ignited. It's powerful enough to blow through a wall. 4) String Ball (6) - Balls of string made of Ariadne, the wires can hold up to five tons per string. This weapon is a one use item when in battle, as Nicolas cannot be bothered to take the time to re-ravel the thread. 5) Marble Bombs (Unclear. Finite for sure, but you wouldn't know it) - These smaller bombs take the shape of marbles. Designed to recognize Nico's Particular Flames they activate when he uses his flames on them. After which, There is only a few seconds before they explode. It is because of this that he will use his gauntlet to fire them if he needs a quicker attack with longer reach as opposed to tossing them at his opponents feet. These come in two different styles; Explosive and Flash. 6) Impact Marbles (Unclear. Finite for sure, but you wouldn't know it) - A special version of his marble bombs, these simply react on impact. Thus, they only come in smoke and sticky styles. The smoke creates a quick smoke screen and the sticky version releases an adhesive like substance binding the target. Feet to floors, hands to walls, keeping the legs or arms together, etc. That is how the substance works.
Box Weapons: 1) Hippocampus Pioggia di Cieli - A specially made box weapon based off the mythical Hippocampus. It soars through the air while engulfed in one of Nico's three flame types. It may bite or simply rain down the flames over an opponent. Though it's primary use is transportation.
Appearance:
Nicolas Is relatively short for his age, standing at a mere 5'2". However, his body is a bit more toned and trained than one might expect, able to take its fair share of beatings and continue on forward, to a point of course.
Ten years has been good to Nico. He has grown to be 6' flat. His body has developed further into one of great fortitude with an impressive musculature. If he could take a hit before, he could take a hundred now. You do NOT want to mess with him.
Personality: Nicolas is an extremely intelligent, albeit rather lazy individual who doesn't like to act unless interested in something. Whether it be people, items, battle, if he sees no point he will simply ignore or pass it on to someone else when applicable. However, this is not to say he is not driven. When he does take an interest in something it is very rare that he'll simply let it go. And god help anyone who tries to harm his subordinates or allies. Give him a reason and he can practically become another person. Though his confident, calculating and cool attitude will remain ever present.
History: There isn't much to tell about Nicolas. His father, Dino Chiavarone (I'm guessing it's his last name), had decided to have a child a bit later in life. He'd either been waiting to meet the right person, or he had not wanted to give up his previous lifestyle. However, regardless of any of that, Nicolas was born. He grew up learning and growing, albeit it, not much in the height department apparently. Mafioso training for him began just a little before his 14th birthday, not to mention having gone to a private school for mafioso like his father had. Thus he is already considerably skilled, though he does have a ways to go.
Other: The following are added information.
Hobbies: Nico's hobbies include reading games, designing toys and weapons, usual mafioso in training things, fighting, and other things that he finds interesting if even for a moment.
Likes: Nicolas likes interesting things, avoiding uninteresting things, his games, his weapons, and lazy days. Occasionally he'll enjoy a good brawl or some sparring or training.
Dislikes: Nicolas dislikes uninteresting things, jerks, idiots who insult or try to hurt his comrades or subordinates. He also dislikes killjoys and boredom. People looking down on him or joking about his height.
