Dude so sorry. I'll go over your sheet and either accept or deny by the end of the day. Got distracted with life and work and stuff. Sorry, erase the CS from the ooc please and thank you. Will get back to you tonight.
I just realized I never put in Rick's equipment as I didn't know if that was supposed to be 'standard mission attire' or 'academy attire'. I added body armor for mission specific. But it does make me wonder what sort of equipment we should or should not have.

Do both. Simple. Have stuff outside of missions and for missions
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand we have lift off.
January 19, 2016

The second half of the school year had just began. Classes were back in session. The Tomorrow Academy of course accommodated those who could not return home with living quarters year round and those that could go home would be allowed as per a proper school schedule. Captain America, or Steve Rogers as he now went by, wanted the students, adult and children alike, to keep some semblance of normality in all factions of life if at all possible. Still, their schooling in many cases were much less than normal. For example, the students were put into two or three different groups depending on multiple factors. In the first case, age and grade level were considered. Adults and children alike would both still need schooling up to a point. After high school education they were given the right to choose, although urged to put the resources at their disposal to good use.

Secondly, the students would be groups into small "teams" for things such as combat and field training. Age wasn't so much a factor in this case. Things taken into heavier considering would be behavior, experience, skills and abilities. The groups would be more or less composed of individuals who could compliment or at least stand to learning something from one another. Finally, there were living arrangements. So many things came into play here it took the most time. Typically students would have at least one or two adults, sometimes three, to watch over and report to members of the stuff. Then any children would be placed thereafter. Gender, behavior, personality, age, social standing, tolerance, and a multitude of other factors would have to be considered for each and every person.

Still, each of those things wouldn't matter today to those who would be continuing their time here at the academy. The staff would handle that, some of them anyway, the students who had their group met again. This is where our story begins to take focus. One group in particular was meant to be meeting. They'd had various teachers over the past year, but as was customary they would be shifting again. Today they would be under the tutelage of Peter Parker, better known to the world as Spider-Man.

"Okay Web-head. No need to panic. It's only the first day back. It's fine for students to be late." He said as he paced back and forth along the ceiling of the "Danger Room." One of a few training buildings on the campus. It had been adapted, like the others, from the one Charles Xavier had once used in training his X-Men before joining Steve Rogers and the Tomorrow Academy. With a few innovations courtesy of Tony Stark in collaboration with Hank McCoy, Reed Richards and a medley of others, including Spider-Man himself, this state of the art training facility would be the first meeting place of the day. At least, it would be now. Peter wanted to gauge his students abilities. However, it was something of a last minute change and he hadn't had ample time to distribute the message. Thus, it was understandable some would head to their usual classroom as others got sidetracked. Still, how would it reflect on him if this was his first class.

"They'll be here." He reassured himself as he rolled his neck, the oddity of the scene and his position on the ceiling neither bothering him or striking him as something that might not quite be ordinary in the minds of the students. Still, he could have been counting his blessings. This was his first class and nothing big that could qualify for field training was going down. Which meant, unless everything changed in the blink of an eye, he didn't have to worry. And with the class not quite on time, nobody's fault, partially his, he could review the roster. Which he would have done had it not been torched during his last big superhero-villain brawl with the hobgoblin and for some reason The Punisher. He was tempted to let them duke it out, but the collateral damage wasn't something he could just leave. So he put an end to it. The Hobgoblin was behind bars, for now, and Punisher... Well... "Can't believe he got away..." He groaned facepalming as he continued to speak to himself.
So we're definitely starting today. At least I'm putting up a starting post tonight. I'm at work until 10pm eastern time. So don't expect it until after then.

On a totally related note, I'm not exactly sure HOW to start. So cut me a bit of slack. Although I am beginning to get a semblance of an idea lol
Yoshi and Rei and the Totally not Bummer Summer

Miraculously, Yoshi's attack managed to push the Mosca forward just a bit, it's attention focused on his friend, who'd just thrown a pretty big rock at it. It was astonishing really. Well, not for him since he knew about her gorilla like strength. "Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!" To anybody it would seem like Yoshi had more or less lost it. "Take this thing down with my dying will!" Anything else he said was some sort of grunt, groan or roar like noise. The Mosca was clearly having a hard time. Still, it's sensors managed to focus on Yoshi, or rather the flame at his forehead and the energy he was emitting. This area was supposed to be a neutral zone with no mafia activity and yet here he was, a metaphorical nobody in Dying Will Mode, not that he seemed to know what it was.

"Take it down!" The boy growled again as he used all of his strength, which had apparently increased, to lift one of the machine's legs and knock it onto the floor. It wasn't hard. Rei's rock throwing had managed to bang innumerable dents into the damn thing. It clearly wasn't made for this kind of random, idiotic assault. Yoshi continued to move though. He growled again as he lifted the arm up, standing on the machines side. He held it tightly and began to pull until the metal separated at the joints, thanks again to Rei's expect marksmanship. This was why she won at fps games. Even if only by a small margin. This was it! This was their victory. It wasn't graceful in the slightest, but hopefully they'd passed. "AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!" He was still shouting as he used the severed arm to bash the bots head in until it finally stopped moving.

When all was said and done, he hopped off the side. Yoshi was panting as the slight glow that'd enveloped him began to dull and the flame at his forehead when out. He was back to normal. "Um..." Confused wasn't even the word. It was a stepping stone to a better word which could be said as an understatement at best. "What the..." He glanced down at the beaten bot and then up and around. "How..." He suddenly felt a small chill as a breeze came by through the trees. "WHAT THE FUCK?!?!" He would finally cry out as he looked down and discovered his lack of clothing. "Rei? Fon? Who?! Why?!" The young mafioso couldn't even finish a thought as he stood there astonished, wanting nothing more than answers. And maybe a new pair of pants.
I got it though @Demon Shinobi

*glomps* new best friend Q_Q
I know what to do. I'll give him the same uniform they had in assassination classroom XD

Hopefully I'm not the only one who knows what I'm talking about TT__TT
@KeksalotWe'll just allow him to grow naturally and amp him up over time. No need to edit and make the poor gm have to reread and rejudge if the changes are good ^_^

@BlackPantherI'm not sure yet. I'll probably give you an estimate tomorrow after work.

@FantasyChicYou will most definitely be kept posted!

@knighthawklol gotcha, sorry I'm kind blah cause it's been kind of a long day lol thanks for humoring my curiosity :)

@Keksaloti see what you mean. I'm just worried, partially due to the point that many villains and characters in the marvel universe could either resist or is too crazy, strong-willed or some other thing that would bypass the talking thing, even if there are a bunch who would also be susceptible to it.

Also need to be careful with that part because of the potential danger of the ability.

Also I wasn't sayin he couldn't contribute. I know full well he can contribute lol I'm just more worried for him than any other character in the rp because it feels like he is a bit more susceptible to danger.

I'm probably also weary because any character I have seen who can talk to people and make them do stuff has been evil lol there was a Spider-Man in an alternate reality who could talk to people, just talk and they would want to and did commit suicide. And then there is kilgrave(from Jessica jones) who is based on the purple man who has a power. Basically people do whatever he says. Like mind control.

Of course I will give him moments to shine like everyone else. I will accept him. Move him to the character tab as well. Now it's just the juggernaut.

Also, kinda bad example lol
Brainiac is DC. Maybe doom or ultron would be a better example XD
