Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

It's going into Advanced so there's no ceiling for post length or quality, I'm looking for a minimum of about two paragraphs (good ones!), bit hopefully more. Mostly try to keep pace with what others are doing if possible, because take it from me, nothing is quite as awful as writing a lengthy reaction to the other characters and getting a tiny, non-committal reply back. :P

It's going to involve singular player characters instead of playing an organization. My good friend Sundered Echo will be making a game that will cover that. When I mentioned you are free to make your own organizations, that's more for back story and fleshing out a history.
