Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

Halios Consortium has an off the books research department that usually purchases living people as test subjects for new medicines and therapy treatments that basically says "lol ethics" with the mindset that progress is made by risk and sacrifice, so they're able to develop new and effective medical breakthroughs at the cost of quite a few bodies (on the plus side, the incinerator saves on heating bills!).
