Once, when I lived in an 8 story apartment building, I was taking the stairs down from the 7th floor to get to my car and there was the ERT (SWAT for you 'Murikans) busting down a door of the apartment directly below me. I distinctly recall feeling very awkward following two geared out cops with MP5s down 6 more flights of stairs.

It's been my experience that most people who claim not to care what people think of them in similar circumstances in fact do. Usually best not to reply with a passive-aggressive retort, to be honest.

But seriously, just putting "MY RP" isn't really an incentive for anyone to click it, except for maybe friends? This is a site of literally hundreds of RPs, seeing those words in somebody's signature isn't going to prompt them to click on it. If you want people to take a look, they kind of need something to go off of. For all they know, there's an equal chance of that link being an RP about committing war crimes, ridding horses into the sunset, dating someone with gastronomical distress, flying a rocket ship, or riding Red's Rocket. There's literally nothing to indicate what's beyond that, and thus no reason to click it. I still haven't clicked it.

The second one at least gives you an idea of what it is, but those words would be meaningless to just about anyone who doesn't go into Spam. At least it's a step in the right direction.

And lastly, click pets are awful. It's just as bad as people fretting over post counts.

I find this to be a bit doubtful, given how lawful Stannis is. Also, keep in mind his banner men used to be Robert's for the most part. He wouldn't have had enough bannermen to challenge Robert, and the rest of Westeros that was a part of Robert's Rebellion would have supported the king, not his usurper brother. You can see how well thst worked for the Greyjoys, and they had the largest fleet in Westeros.

And have actually heard Winter Soldier was surprisingly good, which is a bit of a surprise. It's out of the local theater rotation in my town now, so I'm going to have to wait until it's out on DVD/ NetFlix. I heard from a friend that it played out more like an elaborate spy movie more than your typical super hero fare. So, sadly, I won't be able to let you know my thoughts on it for a long while, Lucian. Remind me when it comes out to buy. I won't blame you if you forget lol.
