I'm kind of indifferent or on the fence about it. I can see the pluses and minuses, but honestly, it's probably a safer option to transport than by ship or truck and will use a lot less fuel to transport it, so on that hand I think it's good. On another, I don't really know what environmentally sensitive land it'll have to cross, so I'd kind of like to know more about that.

I'm all for the oil industry, provided they keep striving to make efforts to minimize the impact they have on the environment when extracting, refining, and distributing it, and there's room for alternate fuel sources in the market.

That's really all I have to say on it.

Brilliant! But a small question, before I get right to it.Is it possible for me to have learnt Adept level spells after going rogue from the Legion? Because I intend to make myself a former Quaester of the age 37.And I intend to make him the most patriotic as they come.

The skill section should (I hope) explain that pretty well, but if you make your character primarily a mage with specialized schools of magic, it's possible to have one or more schools of expert level. But that should work just fine!

Be warned, I do go through sheets with a fine comb and pick out anything that sticks out. It's not because I'm anal about details (okay, maybe a little) it's mainly to encourage consistency with the world, your character, and making sure they're a good fit for the setting. Chances are, you'll have to do a revision or two, but it's a good thing! Ask the people who've been here a while, a bit of effort early on goes a long way and we have a lovely cast of lovable misfits with some great character development. :D

Seeing as we just lost one of the longest running players in this (which really threw me for a very sad loop. D:), I actually wouldn't mind having some new blood in here. Shon's totally right, it's worth the effort! If it helps, just start with the last 15 or so posts and then start from the beginning. I'm around to answer questions as they come up!
