I've been in a lot of battles. Or very few, if you take that perspective. The most defensive is often the most hostile. If someone bombs a building, and the police have the means to prevent it, who has committed a bigger crime, the one with the bomb or the one who protected him? They are both guilty.

I know that Jill interfered in the affairs of common people plenty. Mostly just pretending to be one of them, playing deity, or pulling pranks that, as far as I know, were harmless in nature.
