It will have to be done immediately before our distraction or after you complete your task. If it will not easily be destroyed, create it before our distraction, but have it reach all the way across the city, so that suspicion of our attack on the Spire will be diminished.

What I really want is a chenneler who knows how to make Gateways. I just have to find a way to justify having that rare Talent.

The justification can be along the lines of "he's gotten out of his universe so he must be able to" =P
Just kidding. Presumably during the Fourth Age, Aes Sedai are much more common. So the Talent wouldn't be as rare in comparison to the number of people in the world.
