As I said, that falls under improbability.

<Snipped quote by System>

...

At that low, we could just let the two fight in person, which means we have a sixty-seven percent chance of defeating the victor if it's Azathoth, and a sixty-one percent chance if it's Nyarlathotep. Specifically, though, the casualties would be immeasurable throughout all of Existence. Those two don't fight like you or I would. And even then that's assuming that all of their followers of note are outright killed before their confrontation.

Otherwise... The only other option at that level that would increase our odds is to join one side outright, but then we're picking between two undesirable outcomes. We may as well just join Nyarlathotep and be done with it.

My boyfriend is part of a group that's fought and won a few of these wars for Existence in the past. If he can procure their help, perhaps they can be added to the plan. But I know we have enough of us to unite first as it is.

If you want the below one percent option, theoretically... If we gained enough of the mess of a System currently in place, we could use the Mechanisms of Existence in conjunction with the Mammon Machine... and we got the Administrator's help... We could trap Nyarlathotep using her own power and simply not free Azathoth. But that's not really an option, it's rather a dream within a dream within a dream.

30 or so of us capturing 51% of Existence? That does sound like a ghost's dream.
<Snipped quote by System>

Correct.

Is there no way that bringing in outside help beyond the Codex will help raise our chances of victory? I don't want to be a gambler, especially not when all of Existence is at stake.

Despite the fact that we'd all be better off.

Thanks, Mr. Insulted.

Hekrom:
If the thing that was going to kill us was Baphumet, I was working on that.

No, now it’s our entire universe.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I'm not the only one who would prefer you not exist.

This whole organisation is chock full of people who would prefer that others in this organisation did not exist, and that’s the entire problem. If we all got our wish, we’d all be gone. So we’re all going to have to learn to deal with each other. *Pauses* If I have to say sorry for insulting you, I will. But I won’t be your doormat.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I consider that an insult at best.

If I don’t want to deal with someone who wants me to pretend I don’t exist, what is that to you? *Groans* This is exactly how I’m not supposed to be acting.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

And you've forfeited both.

I resent that, but I’m not going to waste my voice arguing with you and give you space to take more of it away from me. Any concessions I make, I’m making out of very strained courtesy, because I’m sure you’re as concerned about this as I am.

@Disdain

Hekrom: *walks up to Ma'at*

I was in the middle of important research. Whats the matter?

What the probability Codex said. I need to get her name. But we’re all going to die unless we all work together not to die, so I’m glad you came.
<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I see no reason to allow you any level of authority after what you've done.

*Indignantly*Allow me—! *Takes a deep breath* Authority and voice are two different things entirely.
