Nina walks with an abundance of confidence, though many would say arrogance, wherever she may go. As a child she had her share of fights which she started and won. In her late teens she finally began learning that violence isn't the best nor the only way to get what she wants. That being said Nina can still be very confrontational and antagonistic to the point where she may actually bully those she deems beneath her. Nina is never a victim.
Should someone actually manage to befriend Nina they will find that she is ever so loyal. Despite her arrogant and sometimes cruel nature, Nina has no patience for deceitfulness nor acts of pure evil. Betray her, try to harm her or those few she truly cares for and fall beneath her claws.
Background:
Coming from an upper middle class family Nina was spoiled as a child. Her parents owned and operated a little diner in the center of Tallshade. Nina's parents would divorce after she turned twelve years old. Her father would die as a result of a car crash three years later. Her mother remarried almost two years ago to a mechanic who owns his own garage. Nina and her stepfather do not get along.
Spoiled and hot tempered, Nina got into quite a few fights as a child. But, during high school she learned that words could hurt just as bad, if not worse, than fists. By sophomore year Nina had become the alpha bitch of the school. There were a few challengers, those whom wanted the title and those who wanted to take the girl down a peg, but all failed. Junior year solidified Nina as the queen of the school, and it was also the year she met old Grimbold.
There is a rumor, mainly spread through the high school though a few around town speak of it every now and then, that Nina was "involved" with a teacher during her junior year. The teacher has not been seen in the last couple of years. Did she move? All of her clothing seemed to be missing from her home. Or did something more sinister happen. If Nina knows anything she isn't talking.
Position in the group:
Nina loves to be the center of attention, but this does not always mean she'll necessarily want the whole of leader.
