I already did an earlier introduction, but this is something one could always see, so let's roll.

Serene is the pen name that I use over on my old G+ account, which if you're able to find the account before the site shuts down, is Serene Selphia, but no fancy url, lol. But to those I'm close enough to, my nickname is Chris, and if I ask you to not use it, its nothing personal, I'm just not ready for that level of friendliness. That isn't to say I'm not a friendly person, just that I can be a bit professional when it comes to stuff. I've been rping since like...2011 I think? If I could find the Minecraft rp forums I started on(yes those were a thing, it was actually full of good rpers, but all good things come to an end of course), I'd have a precise date.

I roleplay a lot of things, well, that was the old system. About four years back, I settled down in a roleplay community on G+ called Temple of Glory, and began to stick to just one character who I kept working on, using other characters as I felt the need. That was my current primary character's father, a character I'll call the Professor for now, as I intend to post a version of his character sheet later. Probably when doing so wouldn't spoil what became of him in a storyline. Anyway, after a point I burned out as him, and switched focus to his daughter, who I use primarily in the old roleplay hub I come from. The Good Doctor, and here, no spoilers, mostly because ahaha, I'm shy about that.

I love a lot of series, but my heart goes out mainly to Rune Factory, Sonic, Mega Man, Metroid, Mario, Pokemon, and Duel Monsters. Especially Rune Factory and Sonic, though lately I've fostered a love for the Nasuverse, Fate Grand Order is a fun time. I love to read a variety of things, and I'm always online unless sleeping, so feel free to drop me a line if you need it. While I'm relatively new to the site here, I'm an rp veteran, and a skilled writer, as you'll see whenever I post the Doctor's current profile.

Ah right, more on me. I'm a college senior presently, I just had my capstone for my history degree wrapped up, and I'm proud of my progress. While I am a loner by nature(I mean my writing often keeps me trapped in my room to meet paper deadlines), I'm still a sociable person, and if you can't reach me here, my Discord is Serene Selphia#1064. So I suppose that's a bit of a spoiler, but to who, I won't say. Just be forewarned, if you ask me about a character of mine, there's a risk I'll write a lot, so make sure you're totally fine with that.

In terms of roleplay, while I do mainly fantasy/science-fiction, I can roll with just about anything(as far as I know), but if I tell you its not working for me, don't take it personally. I'm a fairly detailed writer, and in terms of style, I'm good with both combat and non-combat related narratives, I mean, my current main was built for combat initially, whereas her father is more the sociable type. The most detailed things tend to when I describe the world around, or when writing profiles for characters I adore. Basically, if I'm in tune or really love something, you could get a lot. I once wrote about twenty pages on a google doc in two hours because I loved it so much. Weird flex sure, but you can understand it. I don't look for much in rp partners, so long as you can write me enough that I understand either what you're doing, or what's going on, I'm usually good. I'll generally drop a line if I need more information.

I love learning, so if you ask me about something, and I don't have an answer, I'll gladly take the time to do at least a basic amount of research. And if you're ever stumped for ideas, drop me a line, I'm always glad to help fellow veterans or the newer folk. Heck, at one point for a friend's group I wrote an entire(albeit unused) document full of random plot ideas for the group drawn from throughout film and video games. Point is, if you need someone to talk to, unless I'm in a bad mood, or its a bad time(aka I'm about to go to bed, or in class), I'm always up for at least a quick chat. I do take commissions, so if you want a fanfiction written, give me a holler, or if you just want a custom story about a character of mine, or just ask for them to give their input on something in a non-serious setting. Still debating what to set prices for, or if I work totally free...I mean I should charge something, but anyways, wew, talk about a ramble, eh?

Eventually, I'll fancy this up.

Just a place for me to post my tales from a series of projects. I may open up a proper shop for commissioning stories/characters, I don't know yet. I do take suggestions.

Current/Old Projects
Grimdark Foundation: An AU based on when the SCP Foundation began to mass contain every last denizen of a Persistent World I was in. A foundation rper began this series, and I wrote a few tales from it. With their blessing, I may post the files of their own documented skips from this World.

Norad Forces: Another AU based within the aforementioned Persistent World, based around a never done concept involving a Sonic Forces type story arc. Bad guys took control of the southern hemisphere of the world, good guys led various assaults to try and take back the southern part. There's only one tale I wrote from this.

Art of the Forge: Renaming of an old project whose actual name I forgot. It was a project I had planned that would document a character of mine forging their equipment, due to the fantasy nature of the verse. Project was abandoned due to motivation issues, as well as me realizing just how bad an idea it was to try and actually do it. It was a lot of writing, but I may return to it if people ask for it.

Forces of the Domain: Wasn't a series of short stories, instead a series of short entries about various characters of mine from the Rocktropolis project. I'll probably post all current entries. Fix them up to look nicer, more fancy. I have plans to return to this at a later date, perhaps, for serious writing. I do take submissions.

Projects Under Consideration:
Treasury of Rocktropolis: A series of entries that chronicle the collection of a character of mine. While I am working on something like it, this may be a deeper study, but I'm unsure. I'll take requests though. Might turn them into stories around their acquirement, or display of their usage.

Tales from the Rockverse: A series of tales that I was considering based within my personal works. Might just be me chronicling worlds and the like, I don't know.

Mock Comment: A weird system I set up where I'd post stuff I never did seriously, but were possible situations that never occurred.

First draft of a character I'd been toying with. AU of my big main. Its a pretty half assed attempt, but it grew out of a quote that while not the one currently listed, was similar.

”Stop, have a drink, I can tell you’ve been traveling awhile, tell me your story. There’s good food, good drink here. I record memories, so they live on. I’m a traveler myself, a sailor of the stars you could say.”

Unknown, galactic records note her or someone like her appearing countless times over the span of several eras.

Presumably female, judging by appearance

Unknown Humanoid

Personality:
A cosmic traveler, who is calm, kind, polite, always eager to hear the stories of another, to share her tales of others. She loves a good time, and is always quick to offer assistence. And yet, there is a pain in her eyes, as if she knows something the other doesn’t. But whenever asked about herself, she becomes silent, sometimes sullen, indicating a desire to not discuss beyond what is needed. Perhaps that sadness...is the eternal loneliness that is her existence.

None applicable(unless you count the support crew of her worldship)

Equipment/Arsenal:
Treasury of the Domain/Rocktropolis - A pocket dimension tied to her worldship, containing her vast collection of items, ranging from weapons, to utility items, to mecha, to transports, to just about anything. Each item has a place, and contains memories attached to it.

The World Ship - Her transport, a massive tube shaped object with hemispheres at both ends. Contains a mini-world inside, and enough supplies to last for generations between star systems. Contains weapons and defenses believed to be far beyond current galactic capacities. About the size of Earth’s sun length wise. Uses engines of an unknown time for movement. Contains bays for shuttle craft and larger ship to dock.

Hovercraft - Resembles the Egg-Mobile from Sonic 06, her personal transport craft when on surface of worlds.

Androids - Highly advanced artificial lifeforms that act to maintain the systems of her ship, call themselves Rockroids. Resemble various types of lifeforms, and can perform a variety of tasks.

Power Suit - A high tech biomechanical suit that can encase her body as needed, seems to be created via data or matter manipulators located on her hands and back. An undersuit of a latex like material is always present when the suit is worn. Has a variety of weapons and applications.

Powers:
Undocumented, but she appears to possess some degree of control over elements, as well as immense power over technology in many forms. May use this to levitate.

Skills/Abilities:
Unknown as to the extent, but presumed to be very knowledgeable in many areas.

Background:
Many civilizations describe a cometary body in the heavens that while far off, clearly exerted some sort of force that prevented it from interfering with the orbital mechanics of other worlds. Often when observed, a mysterious figure comes to the world, always with the same appearance, seeking knowledge, information, and cultural treasures. Sometimes they are said to herald a new era of knowledge in turn, by giving those deemed worthy marvelous wonders to advance their civilization, other times, they are seen as a herald of the world’s end, as sometimes she arrives shortly before some sort of disaster that wipes out a large amount of life. In other words, this mysterious woman is seen as both a promise of prosperity, and as a harbinger of the end. As the galaxy advanced, it became easier to confirm that all the legends were indeed true. There was a cosmic traveler out there, who wandered from system to system, sometimes with a massive star sized space ship, sometimes in smaller ships. But always the same woman, and with the ages, as civilizations achieved space travel and began to spread, her approaches changed. Instead of a figure descending from the heavens dramatically, or a wandering sage, she might be found buying something, or sitting at a bar stool, conversing with those around. No one knows where she came from, no one knows what her end goals are, but it is said that she walks alone, that none who have ever been plucked by her ever return, for some times it is said she takes people when she descends, but this is often associated with disasters that come after.

What is known is that she is the Traveler, a collector of memories, a recorder of lost and existing civilizations. More than one fool has stated a desire to rob the great ship, only to meet his end. But never has she struck back in anger, only to defend what is hers. She is as mysterious as any other cosmic mystery, but perhaps, one day, she will reveal her purpose. Until then, she is an urban legend, a story to be told by a fire late at night, never knowing if the mysterious figure is already there, watching and listening. The lone wanderer, the pioneer of the stars...
