They would exist alongside your character. Also, your characters have entered the store at different times, but will all be thrown in at the same time. I might end up pairing you with another person, not your own character of course, but have two people start at the same spot for convenience sake.

While I don't exactly want to spoil what creatures you will be facing, they will mostly be greek/mythical beasts. You know, Minotaur, Chimera, fierce beasts that will stop at nothing to eat you.

Or mate with your corpse, but whatever.
