Was talking to someone who worked in closed captioning who is now getting a new degree because so many companies are turning to AI to close caption now… Which AI is pretty shite at it still.

I laugh resisting the urge to ruffle her hair a little. Jane and I are on full competitive mode now and it seems like Cass and Kat are too. Grinning, the game starts and there’s only a few comments from each team as everyone concentrates. the arcade echos with the clacking of the puck.

Following Caden into the closet, I grin widely at his warning. “So I’m guessing I can’t just bite them?” I make a chomping motion with my mouth, my teeth clacking together loudly as I bite down. I go for the shopping bags from yesterday and pull out the first outfit they store had me wear, but now with a dark green shirt as well as some chunky shoes. Digging through the bags, I find some fishnet tights and then some black thigh highs.
“Should I put the stockings on after dinner?” I ask Caden.

It’s not a fair fight; Kat and I rack up a lot of points, but it’s fun just playing the game with everyone. There’s lots of laughing and cheeky remarks from both sides. Eventually the game ends, but we go again, switching up the teams until it’s Cass and myself versus Kat and Jane for the final round.
“Alright short stack, it’s time to show them what we’re made of.” I say to Cass with a grin

Wrapping my arms around Caden, I stand on my tippy toes and give him a deeper kiss before pulling away. “I only have tp get dressed, so that should be plenty of time.” I chirp. As much as I want to make the most out of the hour we have, I remind myself that now is probably not the best time to make us both distracted.

I glance sideways while I think about it, watching his eyes as they focus on my face. “Did it turn out okay? It’s been awhile since I last did my makeup.” Truthfully, I didn’t want to be easily recognized as Nero tonight that way I could just be myself with Caden at the club. Maybe I should get a wig too… I’ve forgotten all about the reward we were just discussing.
