Was talking to someone who worked in closed captioning who is now getting a new degree because so many companies are turning to AI to close caption now… Which AI is pretty shite at it still.

Games I haven’t been playing video games lately, but once I pick them back up again, I’ll make this list

Nero nearly jumps out of their skin, turning around to glare at the King of Hell, who stands pompously in the office of Nero’s house. “Natürlich würdest du auftauchen...” They turn to level a glare at Crowley.
“You know I don’t speak German, Cait-sith.” Comes the smooth response as the other demon takes a seat in one of the more obscure armchairs adorning the room. Somehow, he still looks comfortable as hell in it.
In no mood to play these games, Nero leans back against their desk and crosses their arms over their chest. “And I don’t speak whatever that was. How can I help Lucky the Leprechaun today?” A wide grin spreads across their face as they watch Crowley.
Crowley’s eyes narrow in suspicion as they regard the tiny imp. “Something is different about you…” He says slowly, folding his hands in his lap.
“I’m sure that’s your imagination running wild, Your Highness.” Nero glances at the ledger sitting on the desk, only half-filled out so far even though they’ve been at it for what feels like hours already. At least Nero kept the demons away by sending them to retrieve the less valuable items from Hell for them. “But seriously, to what do I owe the pleasure of your company in my house?” The grin stays on their face, but their eyes narrow to glare at Crowley.
The King of Hell milks the tension in the room, deigning to check the dirt under their fingernails instead of answering right away. Nero taps their fingers on the desk impatiently, their leg shaking with nervous energy. Can Crowley tell I’ve regained my humanity?
The silence starts to become deafening as the two demons stare, or rather glare, at each other before one of them finally speaks. “I’ve heard some interesting rumors as of late.” Crowley cocks a brow as he smirks at Nero.

The blush coloring Nero’s ears grows deeper as they fidget while Caden talks. “I mean, I was a little jealous of you two at first… You were so close, but anyone with a brain can tell you’re just friends at this point. I would say brother and sister, but you’re not European royalty… Your chin is too strong.” Nero holds Caden’s chin with a smug smile before laughing from the way his beard tickles their neck as they nuzzle them.
“Breakfast first.” Nero agrees with a wide smile before dancing around Caden to grab some shorts and a sleep-shirt to wear to breakfast.
He wouldn’t be able to go hide away in his room at your place… If you’re up to hosting, that might be the best plan :)
Nic wipes down the counters and everything before heading upstairs to his room to do some light studying at his desk. He has a short debate on whether it’s medical or supernatural he’ll research before he decides on supernatural for this morning.

“Oh! Then I’ll do the same.” Nero chirps before Caden grabs them around the waist. Only the tiniest squeak escapes them before the two share a kiss. Staring at their love, they can’t help but smile goofily at them but his words make them flush.
Nero glances away. “I’d have to really be some sort of monster not to…” They mumble.
I think that would be the best idea - he’s comfortable around you. Probably doing something on the weekend would be best… Are you free this Sunday?
Nic runs a hand through his hair as he finishes the dishes. Maybe Caden would host a lunch, but that might be too obvious… With a glance at the microwave, Nic sighs. His dad is definitely avoiding him…

Nero hops off the bed and patters behind Caden into the closet. “I just want to know whether or not I need to wait to shower.” They tease before pulling him down by the arm to kiss his cheek.
“Well, I hope it goes well… I know you miss her.” Nero tilts their head as they look up at Caden. “Just remember that you don’t have to protect my honor, okay?”
Finished with his breakfast, Nic finally picks up his phone and grins as he takes everything back inside, tucking the book in his closet in a hiding spot he found before heading downstairs to wash dishes.
Curiouser and curiouser I did mention it to him, but he said he wasn’t feeling well and went to bed early… Starting to get a little worried about what’s he’s hiding at this point… Do you think Kimiko would be up to ambushing him?

Nero kisses the scar before letting themselves fall back onto the bed with a soft chuckle. “We could always do both.” They say with a teasing tone as if the two don’t keep each other up all night regularly.
“Do you know what you’re going to say?” Nero asks before their mind can wander.
And somehow unperturbed by the wind… I wonder how that happened ;)
Nic finds himself almost wishing he had taken Caden’s offer on a vehicle just for moments like this. Setting his phone down on the table, he grabs his journal and another book he had borrowed from Caden. This one isn’t spelled like the peace treaty was, so Nic has taken extra precautions to keep it as safe and secretive as he can.

Nero beams, scooting after Caden to cling to his back like a backpack. “Lots of that ‘nut-tella’ stuff too please.” They whisper excitedly as Caden talks through the phone. With him awake, it’s much easier to distract themselves as they pull away enough to start tracing the tattoos on Caden’s back before lightly running their fingers over his scar.
Chuckling at her predictable reply, Nic puts his dad’s bowl in the microwave so it retains its heat a little better before taking his out to the terrace. He snaps a photo of the view with his food in the shot.
Do you want me to bring it to you? It might get jostled on the bike, but it should be well mixed at least ;)

Nero beams from the kiss, their mood instantly lifting from Caden’s affection. “I’m thinking an overload of sweetness so both of us can get through this morning.” They declare with a nod.
Nic just finishes breakfast for his dad and himself when he finally gets a text back from Cass. He chuckles, practically hearing her grumpy morning voice through the screen. He snaps a photo of the breakfast bowls he made; on top rice he’s added a soft-boiled egg, avocados, butternut squash and cauliflower with tzatziki sauce.

Nero nods absentmindedly, not really focusing on anything particular as they continue to just trace with their forefinger. “What do you want for breakfast?” They ask, finally shifting their gaze to lock eyes with Caden. “Or do you want to sleep more? I can grab something to keep my mind occupied so you can still have your teddy.” A small smirk lifts one corner of their lips, cracking a joke to try and pull themselves out of the weird funk they’re feeling.

Nero nibbles on their lip as Caden talks, at first nervous when Caden says others might notice a difference, but started to relax as he went on. They nod even and don’t even offer so much as a squeak from him squeezing their waist, the area usually ticklish. “You’re right, I know that and these Dummkopfs won’t be paying enough attention to notice…” With a sigh, they mirror Caden’s pose and prop their head up with their hand.
“It’ll be a good test for when we visit Hell together at least. If they do manage to pick up that something’s different, then we probably don’t want to risk going.” Nero reaches a hand over to start tracing Caden’s tattoos to calm themselves.

With a big yawn, Kiki buries her face in Avery’s jumper. “Mmmmm, d'accord…” She mumbles. It’s not long until she’s softly snoring, her legs tangled with Avery’s, her face buried in his chest as her hands grasp the strings of his sweater.

Nero chuckles at the word choice Caden chooses and looks up at Caden once he’s done stretching with a smile. “I just wanted to know what my timeline looks like for today… I feel nervous facing the other demons since unlocking more of my human memories…” They tell Caden honestly. “I don’t know why - those idiots probably can’t tell the difference but… yeah that’s where my head’s at today.” They flash a sheepish smile, ears reddening.
