Was talking to someone who worked in closed captioning who is now getting a new degree because so many companies are turning to AI to close caption now… Which AI is pretty shite at it still.

Games I haven’t been playing video games lately, but once I pick them back up again, I’ll make this list

Location: Rowan’s House - Denver, CO Currently: Fit
Willow resumes her lip biting as Rowan talks, her wide eyes watching his lips as he spoke. The more he describes it, the more warmth she feels in her face and she can understand why one might want to strip their clothes if the heat is anything like blushing. She can remember something similar happening when she was younger - that was when she was placed on the medication. “How do we prepare…?” She asks shyly as she’s tempted to bury her face in his shirt.
Nic chuckles, quietly thinking to himself that she wouldn’t have died from embarrassment if she’d just watch the way he treated her. “They probably are pet-friendly, but better safe than sorry.” When Wayland finally gets off of Nic’s arm, he gets out of the SUV and goes to open Cassi’s door with a bright smile. He can’t help but think that if they lived together, they could have outings like this regularly for something like groceries.
“Which one do you want to go to first?” He asks as he offers his hand to help Cassi and cat out.
Nero
Location: Caden & Nero’s House - Chicago, IL Skills: Fit
Nero giggles, unashamed as they’re carried through the house and Caden even talks to Henry. They remind themself that they still need to pull a prank on the butler. When they arrive in the garage, Nero moves to get down so they can climb inside the car. “If we went to a fine art museum, you can just carry me around and say I’m a part of the exhibit.”
Kiki nearly snatches the wallet from Avery, but refrains as she reminds herself that she’ll pay no matter what. Her cheeks warm just a bit from Avery’s words but she doesn’t have time to linger on her blush as her lips are captured. She kisses him back, all at once feeling a small pang of how much she’d missed him and a desire to deepen the kiss. She’s properly flushed when Avery pulls back and it takes a few moments for her to catch up to what he’s asking.
“Oh, um, I don’t know yet.” She responds with a few blinks as she tries to remember any other menu items that aren’t French toast.
Location: Rowan’s House - Denver, CO Currently: Fit
Willow lets out a tiny squeak of surprise when Rowan moves to let her lay on him and she feels that familiar, fast-paced thump in her chest are her heart reacts. She tries to play it off and just rests her cheek against Rowan’s chest as she listens to his voice reverb through his body. It’s silly, but she smiles when he mentions they’ve grown attached to each other. The happy thought replays in her head as he rubs her back and she lets her eyes close.
His next question catches her off-guard and sends her heart into a rapid beat again as she becomes flustered. She moves her head to rest her chin on Rowan’s chest so she can look at him, her face turning a deep red. “O-oh… Um…” She stammers and bites her lip briefly before continuing. “I-I was on some sort of daily pill at the Beowulf’s but… I wasn’t able to bring it with me, obviously so… um… I don’t know…?”

Willow watches Rowan as he speaks, looking at him as he sits and opens his arms in a silent invitation. She scoots over and leans her head against his chest as she wraps her arms around his torso with a nod. “I’m just scared that if I go back, I won’t be able to leave… but I also don’t want anyone else to go through what my mom or sisters are possibly going through either.” She wiggles in her nose as she inhales Rowan’s scent deeply to calm her nerves. “If I end up going back to the Beowulfs… please don’t leave me there.” She says this softly.
Nic laughs at Cassi’s reaction, pulling into the parking lot for a strip mall that had a hardware and a pet store. He parks the SUV between the two shops. “I’m lucky that Jane joined our ‘first date’ so that she could be the most stubborn of us all and push us together.” He turns to Cassi and winks.
“Now, would Wayland want to ride in the cart? Or are we carrying him?”
Nero
Location: Caden & Nero’s House - Chicago, IL Skills: Fit
Nero laughs fully, a smile forming from ear to ear. “I was only teasing, you don’t have to carry me.” They tell Caden as they boop his nose. Taking in the moment, they snuggle against Caden for a few more minutes before their chaotic energy demands more action.
“Alright, let’s get going!” Nero says with glee while sitting up.
Kiki would be lying if she said the pat on her leg from Avery didn’t leave her wanting more. While she’s partially been holding back to punish him, it’s also been hard to be close to him with Caden kidnapping the wolf all the time. Kiki gets off the bike with more grace than she has previously and smiles easily when she notices Avery’s expression. Yes, this is a good idea for sure.
“You’re cute.” She says as she takes off her gear.
“I knew I was a catch,” Nic says with smooth confidence before he laughs at himself. “Don’t worry Wayland, I knew I liked you from the beginning too. Your mom took a minute though.” As he pulls off the freeway, he throws a teasing smirk and wink towards Cassi.
Nero
Location: Caden & Nero’s House - Chicago, IL Skills: Fit
Nero smirks at Caden’s brazen actions and rolls their eyes when he stops. However, at his reaction to their wish, they laugh. “I just like being carried around by you - it’s fun to see things from this height.” They lean their head back against his shoulder again.
“I figured now that we know Mundus is still imprisoned, maybe I can come down from my tower.” They say.

Kiki catches Avery’s frown and shakes her head with a laugh. “I’m only teasing, but we can do that after the diner if you’d like.” She slips on the backpack and her helmet before climbing on behind Avery and wrapping her arms around him.
“Also, diner is my treat and whatever you want when we go get gear.” She tells him with a tap to his shoulder.

There’s so many questions swimming around Willow’s head along with thoughts of her mother and her sisters… How could she not help others in situations like theirs? She keeps her eyes on Rowan’s as he holds her hands to his cheeks and nibbles on her bottom lip as she tries to organize her mind. “I think…” She starts to say as she shifts her weight in her seat.
“I want to save others too.” She says before trying to bravely smile through her nerves, but she still trembles just a bit as she thinks of going back. Will they punish her for escaping? Technically it wasn’t her fault - she’d been kidnapped after all - but the thought still occurs.
Nic smiles happily to himself, blissfully unaware of just how much of an affect his fiddling with Cassi’s stocking has on her. “Ah, then maybe we’ll get Wayland all set up at my place and go shopping after that then.” He says with a nod. Maybe if he had that backpack, the clothing store could be a possibility. He shifts his glance to Wayland again and chuckles.
“Man, I wish I could just fall asleep anywhere.” He says, not thinking of how he can do the same from working years in the hospital.
Nero
Location: Caden & Nero’s House - Chicago, IL Skills: Fit
“Is that you saying you’d like to go to a museum?” Nero asks as they play with the collar of Caden’s shirt. They know there’s much that they haven’t experienced yet in Chicago, so maybe going on a little trip to some of the museums could be fun. Plus, now that they know Mundus is still locked in his cage, there’s definitely much less to worry about.
“I think that could be fun.” They say after a moment before smirking with an idea. “Do you think you can carry me the whole time?”

Kiki flashes a grin, forgetting her flustering from just moments ago. “I had to make you sweat a little, right?” She replies as she starts putting on the borrowed gear from Sarah. “Sarah says she misses riding her bike with you.” She mentions as she hops into the chaps. “So I guess you’ll need to help me get me my own gear sooner rather than later.”

Willow barely pays attention as Rowan moves her to the couch easily. Blinking, she looks down at him as he speaks, explaining the first option. When he frowns, she moves one of her hands out of his hold and holds his face, using her thumb to try and smooth out the crease in his face. It’s done unconsciously, but when she realizes what he was doing, she blushed and put her hand back in his as he goes over the second option.
If she’s being honest, she doesn’t like either option. “But then, wouldn’t they know you’ve been hiding me the whole time? Wouldn’t they be mad and try to hurt you or something as revenge?” As for the second option, she doesn’t even know how to feel about it. “And what if I go back and they don’t…” She hesitates on the world before finishing her thought. “What if they don’t sell me?” Her thoughts run rampant, but she’s starting to look at her memories with a new perspective and she becomes more worried at this possibility.

Willow’s nose wiggles as she recognizes Rowan is scenting her, but her brow still crinkles. She’s desirable? Thinking back to those parties, she remember how one of the Beowulf’s would always be in serious conversations with guests attending, both would be throwing glances her way. She doesn’t have long to dwell on it as Rowan turns her face to look up at him again. “… What are the options?” Her eyes are wide as her bottom lip pouts, her gaze curious but mixed with anxiety.
