@boomlover Gundam Build Fighters and its second season TRY are both available subbed in English on Youtube. I also hear that Zeta Gundam and Turn A* Gundam are really good series.

@Dragoknighte Sekai annoyed the crap out of me in the beginning ... it took my other half to beg me to watch it. It wasn't until he and our nephew got into the beginning of the second half that I actually gave it a chance :p I respected him a lot towards the end though.

When I say Sekai takes a lot of cues from G Gundam, I mean his fighting style. And his introduction. And his Gunpla. Especially his gunpla. The G in G Gundam stands for God, as in the God Gundam the protagonist gets roughly halfway through the series, whose name was localized to Burning in the West for pretty obvious reasons. The IRL designer for the Build Burning wasn't even aware of this coincidence until around when the show began.

@IcePezz It's great. Not a really a Gundam series in the slightest. Not even a Real Robot show when you get down to it, but it's my favorite aside from Build Fighters. TRY takes a lot of cues from G Gundam, mostly in regards to Sekai. Here's a clip from the first episode.

So I'd just like to note, I found a thread dedicated specifically to shitposting that was made over two months ago. In half the time we have overtaken that thread with shitposting of our own. Good job everyone.

The thing about 8chan is that it's wrong to view it as a single entity. It is ever changing and unknowable. You cannot look at it as a whole and understand it in its entirety. You can focus on a small section and understand it, but then you lose focus on the rest. Truly a mysterious jogo.

@Elitestpotato I feel like if you were born any time in the 90s, Dragon Ball (Z) or Sailor Moon will have a special place in your heart without even saying. I read through all of fucking Naruto from beginning to the end, and while I really like the setting, oh my god does the series shit itself in the last quarter of its run. And the closer towards the end it got, the worse the shit smelled. I also read like the first two chapters of the epilogue story thing, but then I lost interest.
