@Catchphrase This is in no way meant to be an insult or cause offense, but I'm not one to mince words. The choice of color for Henry's dialogue makes it unreadable on the Guild's color scheme. It hurts my eyes just looking at it. You're either going to need to adjust the color to something that can be read on the forums (lightening the tint works well) or you might need to just not change the color of dialogue if you want to keep that specific hue.

I might be overstepping my boundaries (sorry, @Lady Amalthea), but as it stands the formatting severely diminishes the experience of reading your post.

That's not how the human body works, was the first thought that came to mind when Relic mentioned worrying it off, but otherwise dropped the topic. If she kept on the conversation would probably degenerate into a lecture about proper eating habits and how they're neglected by the American public because the Corporatist system that controls the media refuses to teach people what proper nutrition and portion control actually look like. Instead she just leaned in and spoke quietly so as to avoid any further unnecessary attention. Especially attention to her staggering ignorance of the Justice underground.

"Who is Trisha?" There was the information that could be easily inferred from the context of the environment and the people she evidently associated with, like the fact that Trisha was a powerful woman who controlled much of the organized crime that ran rampant in Justice, but that still left a huge blank space about the woman. Maybe if she'd spent more time in Justice she would pick these thing up, but Relic sounded like he was pretty familiar with the crimelord and it didn't hurt to ask while she had the resource available to her.
Oranges don't originate from Africa, but from Asia. So an African swallow would have to travel Northeast to pick up an orange before heading West, which is even more unlikely than a pacific swallow bringing the fruit over. A european swallow wouldn't be strong enough to carry the fruit in the first place.
Pretty sure Pacific Swallows wouldn't be anywhere around these parts
Post has been delivered... time to head into the great unknown!

Lionel sighed. He figured that he was going to get put back to use soon, and as far as tasks went, it was something he didn't mind doing. He spit out his half chewed toothpick and pulled himself out of the chair. His first destination was not the Engine room where Gideon was no doubt working on trying to fix the shit that he himself had likely broken while the heat of both Anisa and the impending Alliance pigu jiÇŽo kÇ’ng was pouring down directly on his neck. No, his first place of business were his own quarters, where there were a few important items to collect.

First was his knife. Lionel had many knives for all sorts of purposes, and almost all of them ended up embedded in human flesh at some point or another. However, he had one knife that he preferred above all others, one which he didn't usually have the opportunity to use since the Reaver incident some months ago. Fourteen inches from tip to pommel, razor sharp and with just enough weight to hack into tough cuts of meat without becoming overly cumbersome to swing around.

Second was a flask of vodka he had sitting on top of his dresser. It was left open and just over halfway empty. There wasn't anything particularly special about this vodka or the flask it was in, Lionel merely felt that the presence of alcohol would help this whole situation. Now equipped with a murder weapon in one hand and lubricant for violence in the other, the elderly businessman made his way back down to the Engine Room. Once there, he simply leaned against a wall and watched Gideon.

"Don't mind me, just keep doin' what you're doin'. I'm just here for some... educational enrichment. Captain Crowe wants me to see if I can make you hurry up, but you and I both know that you can't rush delicate machinery like this. Best case scenario is that we get into the Black and then the engine breaks down again, leaving us stranded." Lionel set down the vodka gingerly and walked over to the engine, picking up a nearby wrench that was lying on the ground.

"I mean it's not like all our mechanical issues can be resolved with just a single, good whack!" Lionel swung the wrench at one of the bigger, sturdy-looking parts of the engine with the solid chunk of metal known as a wrench.

Mali was going to continue the current conversation topic with Relic until Ronnie walked right up to the bar. Talking about people behind their back when one of the parties being discussed was less than 10 feet away was not only in poor taste, but also extremely stupid. So the best thing to do in this situation was keep talking as if nothing off was going on.

"Burgers and fries, huh? Didn't you just eat at that Chinese place a couple hours ago? Keep this up and you're going to balloon up by the time you're 35." Mali puffed up her cheeks for added emphasis and a bit of levity. Hopefully Relic would catch onto what she was doing without her having to say anything outright. Maybe the point of conversation was nosy and overbearing, but she didn't have a lot of time to think up something new to talk about, and this was the first thing her brain pulled out. It was just something she found her mind started noticing all the time after she decided to start working in fitness.
