you caught my intrest, I too have a thing for dark role plays.
one question, do you prefure playing the stronger character or the weaker character? In abusive/torturues roleplays I find I enjoy it more playing the victim than the abuser.
I don't really do roleplays based purely on abuse/torture without a really good plot. But if you're talking about the nature of my characters, I hardly ever do damsels-in-distress or characters without some form of fight in them.
I'm kinda tired, so I'll make this quick-ish. I'm new to the site, but not new to roleplay. First, about me: I'm a female in her mid-20s living in Mountain Time. I'm married and have a fairly busy life. Invariably time with my spouse or working will take precedence over writing most days, so bear with me.
- I can write in PMs or on a thread.
- I'll play characters male and female, no preference. I'll also play multiple characters. My characters may or may not outlive the events of the story, depending on precisely what kind of story we're doing.
- I'll write stories with or without romance - whatever floats your boat. I, however, am not a fan of instamance or a story focused around repetitive smut. If I wanted stuff like that I'd go elsewhere.
- My stories usually contain adult themes (profanity, violence/gore, etc), heavy emotional drama/angst, and action-adventure. You could say that I am a huge fan of "dark" themes and plots.
- I'll write posts of whatever length my mind allows, whether that be two paragraphs or ten. Quality over quantity is my motto, clichéd as that is. I appreciate partners who are able to write fluidly and descriptively, and really bring a scene to life in my head.
- Don't send me 1000 messages asking for a post. If I'm busy enough that I can't post for an extended period of time, I'll try my best to let you know. Continued harassment only encourages me to drop a roleplay. I also reserve the right to end a story at any time if I'm feeling particularly uninspired or if some other situation transpires. Usually it is at no fault of my partner's.
- I'm interested in slice-of-life, war/military, sci-fi, dark/high medieval fantasy, paranormal/supernatural, post-apocalyptic, crime, horror, combat sports, or any combination of the aforementioned. I have some ideas for some of the genres, but I'm too lazy to write them all out right now.
- I love suggestions. Send me your ideas - the worst I could say is no thanks.
- If you're interested, shoot me a PM or post here.

Currently sorta craving something military-ish - whether it be two soldiers on deployment, homecoming drama, or two characters joining a futuristic army slowly realizing they’re being replaced with robots, a black ops squad, guardians of a post-apocalyptic wasteland, historical (with or without a fantasy/paranormal twist)...the list goes on.
