Well I was for another RP considering having Hiro and Tadashi in it with Tadashi surviving because of chemicals in the showroom. But I was going between Sunfire and size manipulation powers he couldn't quite control after seeing some fan art of the idea on tumblr. It's a bit out of left field but I figured it would mean Tadashi would almost need to be recruited into the team as a means to figure out how to control his powers. With Hiro basically begging to also join so he wouldn't lose his older brother again. Modifying his suit for flight and controlling the nanobots on his own with better security so no one else would abuse them again. Since I didn't imagine Tadashi would be cool with Baymax being used for combat.
Yeah, its the classic comic book logic. If you don't see a body, nothing is confirmed.
I remember this rumor that is seriously suspicious to me but one of the ideas for the sequel is Tadashi comes back with amnesia as Sunfire. But it was suspicious to me since the rumor called for the movie to take a darker tone, which seems very un-Disney like.
The idea is fascinating though of how things would go if Tadashi didn't die, either ending up in hiding or just being revealed quickly or however.

Though it was a VERY different group in Marvel, I think the question is if Big Hero 6 are brought in do they have to be more Marvel based or can they be more based in the Disney movie version?

Alright post is made, now one thing I mentioned in the interest check but will repeat here. Is that the uniforms for everyone is a little unique. Basically the suit is composed of a base color, silver/white lining, and black on the outside. The base color is designed to represent the trooper's home galaxy. So while Nannue has orange, the three Earthlings will all have the new color for the Milky Way dark blue, and the other two aliens will have a color for their home galaxies. Serron will have his color be for his original home of X4-18BH Delta. I'll let @Weird Tales and @Vocab decide their colors respectfully.
The suits are designed to be like a breathable carbon fiber. So while smaller rounds and knives won't hurt bigger ammo will. Plus it provides intel on any damages the person wearing it gets making for easier medical usage, and an ear piece which allows for communications between squad members, and universal translation.

The buzz on the IPT's main starship was unusually high as the quadrant's sun began to shine on the massive home ship. As news about the three Earthlings and their finishing of basic training certainly gave the many troopers on board, either on injury reserve or break, something to talk about. The ship's staff were helping celebrate the news as well, as the cafeteria was serving different kind of dishes from Earth, like pizza and burgers, pasta, and the overwhelming favorite of bacon. The screening rooms were also showing a collection of Earth films, from Hollywood blockbusters to Bollywood musicals.
However the idea of the new recruits wasn't sitting well with all of the troopers on board. A good portion of them were not happy with the new planet believing it's people are war happy, dangerous, and probably not up to par intelligently with the rest of the galaxy. Although in some cases that can be true, Earth did have some technologies the other planets had never even thought of before. Still some didn't buy into the hype and weren't looking forward to the possible mass influx of new Earth recruits possibly coming.
There were those who were very excited about the new recruits, Nannue certainly fit the bill as he was all smiles strolling to where he was told to go. Normally he was all smiles when he was strolling through the main home ship. This time though he had all the more reason to be joyful as he was being put into the new squadron. He was a little saddened about how it was more because of his piloting skills rather than his fighting. He had gotten quite good at using his Taichian powers to be very strong. However the fact the squad was also going to have someone from Ursid made it clear they had someone very strong already in mind. He hoped his new teammate would be nice. The last Ursid he worked with was particularly mean to him about how him and Taicians in general were 'fake' warriors what with their powers and all.
Still he arrived to the bay station where both a familiar captain, as well as one of the new captains from Earth were with the new ship the squad was getting. The Iris-6, the prototypes for the Iris were all incredible to say the least. So getting to be one of the first to control one for Nannue was just part of the joy for him.
“Am I early?” Nannue asked aloud as he glanced around. Realizing at that moment he was the only one there in his orange trooper outfit. He was too busy staring at the ship to really pay attention.
“Yes, actually your quite early young Nannue.” Captain Xdit noted, a rather large, almost blob like alien who spoke with a notable blubbery tone.
“Well my squad, well former squad now I suppose, were all on base when I got the news about my move. So are the Earth people here? Like here here?!” Nannue asked glancing around, he hadn't even gotten to see them since they were brought in. So getting to meet them made him excited.
