Albus listened gravely to Government's garbled recordings, furrowing his brows at the possibility that this Vault Dweller and his Brotherhood of Steel cohorts were Communists. If this was true, then there would be no reason to support them. The people would have to know of the dangers they posed.

Albus had learned of the Chinese Communists in his mandatory lessons with his superiors. Though they preached the language of communal peace and harmony with the world, they stole and cheated and murdered just as much as the Capitalist Americans. Communists were a holdover from the Old World-- largely redundant to the already-communal tribes of the Southwest and nothing but a corrupting force in the decadent West. To think that a Vault Dweller and an army of Communists--two worthless relics of the Old World dependent on conflict with others and what they'd stolen from their forefathers-- would find equal ground was not surprising, but certainly an ill omen.

Albus politely thanked Government for its help, and turned to Samuel. "What do you think? Is the Vault Dweller merely deluded, or are they something more sinister? If what it said is true, I fear the Carolinas will be caught in a war between the monsters of the Old World-- with the Vault Dweller at the helm of both."
Albus Secundus smiled wryly. This 'Knight' at the very least understood the basics of forward bases and strategy. The townsfolk were fantastically passionate and exceptionally concerned about the wellbeing of their community, but would be prone to rash decisions. Samuel Carter, meanwhile, was apparently a part of some neochivalric order and, thus, held a sense of discipline and duty that would serve him well.

"It is good to know that you're so enthusiastic. One day, you'll have to tell me what your order of 'Knights' are. Let's get moving."

The path to the Radiation Roost was quite simple. The Roost was quite a large building, and rose above the skyline like a bush amongst grasses-- no doubt adding to the fact that every person who was new to this city came here first. There was quite a crowd visible through the musky darkness of the Roost's entrance. However, what was interesting most of all was the Robobrain sitting near the entrance.

Getting into the Radiation Roost presently would take quite a lot of maneuvering around people, and would potentially allow the Vault Dweller to escape. Albus turned to Samuel, and spoke with purpose.

"I need you to help me cover the exits. We'll keep an eye on both the main entrance, and the side entrance leading into that alley over there. For now, we'd best see if the Vault Dweller is here."

Albus peered into the musky haze of the Radiation Roost, but could not see Jack Cobalt through the throng of bodies. Giving up, he looked at Government, the Robobrain. Robots had good memories, didn't they? Perhaps this one would be helpful.

"Excuse me," Albus said to Government, trying to remain humble despite who he was talking to, "have you seen a person wearing a Vault suit come in here? We have reason to believe that they are a potential danger to the community."
I'm fairly certain all of that is addressed in the bio, and apparently the number has to get extremely low for it to leave you.

It's not really relevant to the conversation, though, because it's not going to be doing nearly as much(or has as nasty an ability) as Yoshika.

Besides, Yoshika really deserves a full bio herself.

Forgive me for my ignorance, as I haven't played Ten Desires yet. It seems to me that Yoshika's powers boil down to "is a zombie" and "eats stuff".

Child. Didn't eat the Sleeper, since Kerri's given reason for taking it along in the first place was to try and redeem all the souls. I've already said all this. :/

Hang on, One-Of-Many is almost guaranteed to leave you if you don't feed it souls. The Spirit-Eater needs to have committed a horrifying atrocity (devouring Okku's soul) to even make it appear. It is literally incapable of being redeemed. If you aren't a full-fledged soul-devouring psychopath, it either leaves you or kills itself on your orders.
@Zobozun: If it helps, it's pretty heavily implied she likes poetry and was probably(and still is potentially in her free time, though probably significantly more loopily) a poet.

@Earnest Evans: They're not that much of a character because they're not going to interact or operate on the same scale as Yoshika potentially could. On top of that, Yoshika has a much nastier ability if it's used offensively and I'd like to know how that's intended to be used.

Also, fairly certain those details are actually included in Kerri's bio already, though I can check again.

Depending on whether this is Child, Brute, or Warlock One-of-Many, I'd say they've got some serious powers at their disposal. An epic-level warlock isn't anything to sniff at, and neither is a Barbarian as durable as One-of-Many.
Yoshika is frankly a more substantial character from what I know. I'm not saying she's not allowed, but she should get a bio of her own at least.

One-of-Many is substantial enough to merit a history and bio, too. I mean, he's got an astonishingly rich history and personality depending on who exactly the protagonist has eaten (Okku at the least, with others potentially added), and his powers are often totally different depending on which important character makes up One-of-Many. Is this the warlock One-of-Many with just a little bit of the Sleeper in it? What happened with Akachi's soul, and how did it react? How does it feel about being in a multiverse and being forced to dance on some mysterious leader's leash? Are there any characters he's already eaten and stole their powers from?

Ultimately, it's up to you.

It could communicate if it actually wanted to talk to you. It's an asshole, so it doesn't. Plus: canon part of the ending. It's an undead monstrosity that is also basically a pet.

There doesn't seem to be a very large difference between "One-Of-Many cannot speak to anyone but the Spirit-Eater" and "One-Of-Many chooses not to speak to anyone but the Spirit-Eater".
The forum disbanded on a high note. Just before the rising ire of the crowd reached a boiling point, the organizer calmed everyone down and focused on other avenues of discussion.

In the end, the forum came to several conclusions. Raider attacks have skyrocketed, though they appeared to be traveling in smaller patrols. The ammo and medical suppliers are suffering from an extreme lack of supply, but are doing much better business. Local wildlife are turning up dead in droves-- someone's been shooting them with lasers and didn't bother to drag them back to town. Towns under Enclave control experienced marked increases in productivity and quality of living, but people often "disappeared" by the dozen and visitors were driven away by gunfire. There was a community a good ways away, apparently made up of vault dwellers, that appeared well-defended but only offered their technology for exorbitant prices, if at all.

As the assorted people of the crowd disassembled and began making their way back home, they came back changed. Most of them, the big movers and shakers of the community, now realized what dangers the Vault Dweller posed, and how his actions, though altruistic, caused severe damage to the surrounding community. However, they wouldn't be so foolish as to attack him in the streets. After all, he routinely butchered dozens of raiders and petty criminals... what would he do to people who dared to bring up their concerns with him?

Albus Secundus was one of the last council members out. He wasn't vital to the community, but he held an unusual charisma. He was so good with using fancy Latin words, and he seemed to know so much about history and society!

As Albus left the basement they were staying in, he came upon Samuel Carter, eagerly ploying his sword-arm for justice. Albus, not being one to discourage a prime opportunity, caught Samuel's attention.

"If you are looking for a... quest, I may need your help. There is a man around town who is actively riling up the local wildlife and raiders, in his attempts to eliminate them. From what I've heard, he seems to have good intentions, but his actions are endangering the community. I've heard he's even shooting at Enclave patrols and hiding out here-- actively inviting the obliteration of this community! I need your help to talk to this Vault Dweller, and hopefully put some sense into him. If he doesn't relent, I fear we'll be forced to put him down. Now, what we need to do is find him."

A strapping young man, the son of a well-known farmer, tapped Albus on the shoulder.
"If you're looking for the Vault Dweller, you'll probably find him at the Radiation Roost. I think he's got friends there, so if things actually do get violent, you'll need to be ready for a fight."

Albus gave the young man a worried look.
"I don't want to kill the boy. I just want to talk to him. Convince him that this course of action will do nothing but end in innocent lives lost."
He turned to look at Samuel.
"We've got our location. Let's get moving before the Vault Dweller makes another move and invites further hell into the wasteland."
Shazay Jordan, Ice Moon

Once again, Shivani was trying to bargain with nothing but threats. At the very least, George Melons appeared to be calming down. Well, Shazay thought, it wasn't quite a fight, but it's clear who the winner is.

"Congrats, druggy, you get to stay on my flight plan. I don't expect a lotta loyalty from a hired gun like you, but I do expect you to help me out. You do this, and... fuck, I guess I can hook you up with some of the good stuff. Now c'mon, you and Mighty Whitey over here are comin' with me."

As he typed a set of coordinates into his wristpad, Shazay glared at Shivani. "You ain't gonna make any friends if you keep actin' like a bitch. If you come round to us any more, we're gonna bust your kneecaps and demonstrate what happens when you try to get what you want through violence and threats. Shocker+ split away from those Shadow Eternity yahoos precisely because they didn't know a damn thing about business acumen. Either you learn how to negotiate, or you get to enjoy a party with a pair of concrete shoes and a riverbottom."

A portal straight back to Nox opened up near Shazay. Moving quickly, he forced Frederick Selous and George Melons through. Just before he walked through, Shazay turned back to Shivani and waved at her cheerily.

Shazay Jordan, Forest, Nox

Just as Shazay stepped through the portal, it sealed with a disappointing "wop" noise. Shazay wearily looked at Frederick and George, and clapped his hands together.
"Right, then," he said, "who wants to help me draw salt circles?"

Appule Manbaran, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, Pirate Cove Medical Ward

Appule gaped openly at the extent of Mister Takahara's wounds. Lacerations, broken bones, bullet wounds the size of golfballs, and what appeared to be bee stings. Moreover, his well-kept business suit was partially fused to his skin from severe magnesium burns. Clearly, he is in too poor a condition to begin surgery. Appule would have to take emergency measures before doing anything technical.

Grunting heavily, he hoisted Takahara up and dumped him in a nearby tank filled with clear, light-blue liquid. Instantly, a mixture of Bacta, Healing Potion, oxygenated water, and laudanum flooded Takahara's veins. He would potentially still be conscious, but most likely not in any state to move about.

It was at that point that Arragoz Plisskin walked in, sans head. Considering the ork's current state, he would probably be able to survive anything Appule put him through. Childish glee crossing his face, Appule snatched Arragoz's head away and began rummaging through a giant novelty treasure chest with the words "FOXY'S BIRTHDAY PRIZES!!!!!" emblazoned on it in big, friendly letters.

Appule picked a three-ounce jar filled with brown sludge from the depths of the chest and unscrewed the lid, revealing a small brush on the bottom of the lid slathered in sludge. With a purposeful look in his eyes, Appule advanced on Arragoz's decapitated body.

In two quick motions, Appule slathered Arragoz's neck stump with the sticky brown sludge, and did the same to the bottom of Arragoz's esophagus. With altogether-too-little grace, he slammed Arragoz's head onto his neck stump, and held it in place.

"Now," Appule said, wiping his hands off on his Frieza-patterned fatigues, "you'll want to avoid drinking any water or cracking your neck for the next few minutes. Rubber cement takes a little while to dry, but when it dries, it sticks. There's some people waiting for you in the parking lot. If you'll excuse me, I've got more pressing matters to attend to."

Appule hustled Arragoz out the door, and immediately started watching Takahara intently. It was always so much fun to see the sweet magical science work its sweet sciencey magic!
Shazay Jordan, Ice Moon

Shazay was just about to start taking bets with Frederick Selous on the fight between the astonishingly rude Shivani and this new drugged-up cokehead, when the cokehead apparently vomited up so fiercely that he caused a dimensional rupture. Now, they were on a planet covered in ice. All in all, it was better than being in the disgustingly-humid forest.

Shazay, despite the sudden scenery change, didn't quite mind. He had a teleporter attached to his arm, and at any moment he could just leave, forcing these two yokels to settle their differences. However... Shazay also wanted to see how this fight turned out. Currently, Shivani was putting forth her best efforts and still failed to put a dent in George Melons. It was clear that this wouldn't be a simple squash match. Whoever lost, he won.

"Hey, you two!" Shazay called out to George and Shivani, scooting a bit closer to Frederick Selous. "First one of you to win gets to stay on my flight plan!"
