"Eh, I didn't really do much today. Mostly just watched Alpha and City-boy failing to dance. Too much alcohol in me to do anything else." Lorag responded, giving a chuckle and resting his head on the pillow. "Not something I thought I'd ever catch myself saying. Anyway, I hadn't thought about the fact that you'll be splitting off from us after this. I mean, I knew of course, but I didn't really think about it. I guess that is kinda sad, with how long you've been around. How do you think Runt'll feel about it?

Ahnasha undressed and laid down beside Fendros. Her nap earlier meant she wasn't completely tired at the moment, but it probably wouldn't be long before she got to sleep, regardless."Well, it definitely feels better than the rest of the Marsh. It's on the edge of the marshes, near the coast, so it is pretty much exactly like Leyawiin in terms of climate. I've actually been fairly comfortable since I got here. Of course, this city is a lot more beautiful. I've never seen so many colorful flowers lining the streets. At least in the area where the festival is being held, it's like every nook and cranny is designed to be aesthetically pleasing. If it's name is any indication, I can only imagine what it will be like on the day of beauty. Other than that competition Rukeewei mentioned, I don't know what they are going to do on that day, though I doubt I would be winning any beauty competitions with this stomach of mine."

Meesei appreciated Janius' efforts not to disturb her meditation, but she eventually stopped anyway, as she had thought of a question she wanted to ask him. "So, Janius, what do you think about this city? Do you think it will be an appropriate place for Ariel to settle down?"
There was little Sam could do over the few days of Stevie's exams, other than just trying to avoid any stimulus that might agitate any of his emotions. Fear, anger, anything that he worried his beast might latch on to was something he tried to avoid. Still, it had been days, so he knew well that his beast could come out at any moment. He tried to help Stevie study as much as he could, but since he had not been taking her classes, he was of limited use. Otherwise, he just maintained their apartment so she could concentrate on studying. He cleaned the house completely about three times just to get out all the scents they kept picking up on.

When Stevie arrived home, Sam wasn't sure how to feel. It was a relief that they had managed to make it until after her exams, but now, they needed to focus on controlling their lycanthropy, something Sam had been dreading. As far as he was concerned, he would be happy if he never took on that form again, but it was, unfortunately, unavoidable. They needed to confront it at some point. Sam sat down beside Stevie and put his arm around her. He knew the past few days had been difficult for her, and he wanted to comfort her, but he wasn't sure how much help he could be when he needed comfort himself. Not a moment went by that he wasn't afraid of becoming the same monster he had been a few nights prior.

"So, that was your last final, right? How do you think you did?" He asked.
Swims nodded. "I've heard some things about Skyrim. It does sound like an interesting place, even if it is cold. I wonder if the dragons they have up there are anything like the stories I've heard?" He asked. As Veria began to remove her armor as well, found that he couldn't help but to watch, even if he tried to make it seem like he wasn't. He and Veria had practically grown up together, so changing in front of each other was nothing new. They went swimming together all the time, so it wasn't as if they were unused to seeing each other in their underwear. Still, recently, he couldn't keep his eyes off of her. He didn't know why he was starting to feel this way, but he was still convinced that it would never work, that it wasn't meant to be. For himself, he finally managed to get out of his iron armor. It was always a long and annoying process. Each plate had to be removed individually, each strap untied, then tied back again once he put it back on. It always seemed to be an ordeal, but at least he was getting used to it.
When Stevie laid down beside him, Sam held on tightly to her. He could feel her trembling, indicating that she was in more pain than himself. Everything about this situation made him feel powerless. He couldn't do anything to help her; he could hardly even control his own body. How long was it going to be before they lost control in a public place? All of it made him afraid, but at least for now, he had the comfort of holding Stevie in his arms. After what seemed like hours, he finally closed his eyes and managed to get to sleep.
Lorag opened his eyes shortly after Ariel entered. "Oh, hey there. I'll let you two take the beds. The floor won't bother me none. Could use a spare pillow if there's one around, though." He requested. Since he had stopped drinking, he wasn't as intoxicated as he was before, so he was thinking somewhat reasonably. He was actually looking forward to some parts of this festival. Although, he wasn't exactly sure how long they would be staying. He knew they wanted to help Ariel get set up in this new city, but he really didn't know much else about that. "So, um, Ariel. How did things go today? You manage to talk to someone about that shop, or something?" He asked.

"I think we all will, Janius. Who knows, maybe even Lorag will miss having her around?" Meesei said with a bit more of a lighthearted chuckle. She glanced over to the stairs, then back to the others. "At any rate, I will be heading up to my room for the night. Goodnight." She said before walking away from the table. Ahnasha stood up along with Fendros as well, telling the others goodnight before joining him in their room.

When Meesei reached her room, she found a place for her belongings, then undressed and neatly folded and packed away her clothing. Instead of trying to go to sleep immediately, she sat down on her bed and started to meditate. She had not expected that herself and the rest of the pack would form such an attachment to Ariel, not that she regretted it. Still, it was going to be painful for all involved for them to separate. For now, Meesei simply wanted to relax, and meditation always seemed to serve that purpose rather nicely.
I might be a bit delayed in my next response.
I'll edit something on to my last post tomorrow morning, if Konan doesn't respond.
"I'm not sure, but I don't think we need to worry about it tonight." Swims responded. "My waterskin should have enough for tonight. If it takes too long for us to find a river tomorrow, we can head west. For now, I just feel like resting. All that walking just takes so much out of me. We can just sit here and talk, not worry about anything."

Swims sat down by the fire and let out a sigh. He lethargically began to undo the straps on his armor so he could remove it and change into his other clothes. "You know, I told you before that I'd like to visit Black Marsh. Is there anywhere in Tamriel you would like to see? Like Skyrim, the home of your father's people, the Nords?"

Hey I failed to see that this rp already had two people so sorry to have been a burden.

I know, I was speaking to Luna with that one.
Sam nodded in understanding, taking in deep breaths. "I know, it's just..it's a frightening prospect is all. We should just get some rest. I think we both need it." Sam stood up off the floor and cleaned himself off a bit before leaving the bathroom. He was sore from the transformation and overall exhausted. He did not bother getting dressed and instead just walked over and sat on Stevie's bed. After all they had been through, he just wanted to hold her in his arms, to relax and know that everything was going to be okay.
