If you would like. I'll let you make the decision...though I suppose I would need to know the decision.
Hasyat gave Juseich a silent nod, while Leaps-Over-Turtles gave a reluctant sigh, then nodded as well. With their decision made, Juseich took one of the papers on the table and slid it in front of Ariel. It was a contract, with the terms of the agreement written in both Jel and Cyrodilic. The wording on the page was very clearly translated, and not all too complicated.

"There is currently a building which would suit your purpose that we can sell to you. Your loan will be for the cost of the property, as specified on this document. Please take a moment to review the terms of the agreement. The property is unfurnished, so if you do not have sufficient gold on hand to buy furniture and supplies, we can add up to a thousand gold onto the current amount. Keep in mind that this contract is a binding agreement. If you fail to repay the loan, plus interest, in a reasonable time, we may confiscate your assets to cover the remaining amount of the loan. If that is not enough, you will also be compelled to work for the city to repay the rest of the debt. If you attempt to flee the city to avoid payment, we can and will put a contract on you for your capture and return to the city. If you can agree to these terms, then we will welcome you in our city."
Leaps-Over-Turtles leaned forward slightly, eying Ariel suspiciously before looking to Juseich. "I am still not convinced this is a good idea. Wild mages can know terrible and profane magic, rituals that can bring harm to the city, even unintentionally."

Juseich was silent for a few moments as she thought, then eventually crossed her arms as she looked back to Leaps. "The jewel has not revealed any deception so far. It takes great strength to rebel against the life one was raised in, like the sons and daughters of slavers who sacrificed everything to help their victims. Now, please, back to the questions."

Leaps-Over-Turtles grunted slightly and refocused his attention to Ariel. He was skeptical, but not entirely unreasonable. If Ariel could answer his questions in a satisfactory manner, he would allow it. "Do you believe that your previous association with the witches will bring harm to Thorn, and will your skills be a benefit to the economy and well-being of Thorn's people?"

Meesei wished she could speak up, but these questions only Ariel could answer. It was she who was going to be living here, so only her answers had any true value. Meesei could provide her recommendation and attest to Ariel's skill, but she could do little more at the moment.
Swims laughed. "Yeah, my excitement is only matched by my exhaustion right now. Xuth if that armor isn't heavy. I never thought about how much walking we would have to go through. I might need to exercise a bit more before we head out next time. I feel like I'm slowing you down.

Looking out over the horizon, Swims could see the sun slowly nearing the horizon. It cast a faint orange glow over the horizon which was altogether rather scenic. He glanced back over to Veria and couldn't help but to look over her body quickly before focusing on her eyes. "You know, I think you could do with something like a dagger or shortsword. You have that shield, but I think a good, quick blade would go well with it for close quarters."
Sam gave Stevie a kiss, then chuckled. "Yeah, I've noticed a few changes even outside of my werewolf form as well. My nails really could be used as claws at this point, not to mention all the muscle mass. I personally wonder what kind of other, less obvious changes we have. At any rate, I suppose we should head out tomorrow morning for a secluded spot in the woods. I bought some camping gear and some supplies yesterday, so we won't have to run naked through the forest all day again. It won't be like the first time where we were completely unprepared."
Do you want to post it?
"I agree, but I still have no idea how to go about finding them." Sam responded, his tone discouraged. "I mean, I doubt just randomly running through the woods would help us find them, even with our senses being this strong. There might not even be any more of them in the forest we were in. I don't know, maybe if we keep going out there to practice, one of them will eventually find us after a few weeks or months? We really don't know much about their society, so if they do find us, I hope they are peaceful."
Swims stretched out his muscles to let himself relax and yawned before looking back over to Veria. "Unfortunately, there aren't any Daedric Princes trying to destroy Nirn right now, so that might be hard to do. Still, we can work our way up. For now, we can just earn some gold to get some better equipment."

Swims gave a slight smile. "You know, I'm really glad to have you here. We've been finding our own adventures since we were children, so it seems only appropriate that we start our adventuring careers together. With a duo like us, I doubt anything can stand in our way."
None of the representatives gave a strong reaction until Neiseed gave a translation that suitably explained the meaning of the word "witch." Leaps-Over-Turtles' reaction was immediate, and disapproving. He crossed his arms and glared at Ariel. "A witch?" He exclaimed, though the word he used had a meaning closer to wild mage. [i]"How can we trust a witch to even just refrain from harming the city, let alone contribute to it?"

The others were silent for a moment, with even Juseich looking contemplative and unsure. After a few more moments of awkward silence, Hasyat finally spoke up, still in a neutral tone. "One cannot decide where they were born." He said, with Neiseed interpreting.

Juseich nodded in agreement. "Indeed, the river can split many times from its source. Ariel, you were raised in a type of group known for their cavalier attitude towards innocent life and dubious means of acquiring power. Did your coven commit acts that the average person would find wrong, and if so, were you banished as a result of either disagreements with the morality of the coven, or actions you took as a result of those disagreements?" Neiseed translated for Juseich.
Honestly, I think we can post the collab now, if you want to.
