Sharee stopped, her expression slowly becoming a smile. She went back to walking towards Noelle in a suggestive fashion with a calmer voice. "What is love? Some say it is what happens when two souls destined to be together find one another." Once she reached Noelle, she reached out and lightly placed a hand on her cheek. "Others might say it is when two people find each other simply irresistible, but me? What do I call love?" She leaned in close to Noelle until her snout was only a few inches from her face, still holding a smile. "A lie." She said, her expression immediately turning serious and her voice harsh.

Sharee pulled away from Noelle, baring her teeth as she looked down at her. "Attachment is not something I've exactly ever been big on. You expect me to believe that, after years of going by my own whims, doing whatever and whoever suited my pleasures, that I would suddenly fall for some Human woman I've barely spoken to? I'll admit, you almost had me. I could have accepted that my attraction to you, but the sudden surge of trust? Not so much. No more games, no more stringing me along with whatever it is you're doing. You can trust me when I say that whatever cooperation you give me now is only going to help you. If you play this right, if you speak honestly, then you'll keep your pay, your job, and your life. Now, what is going on?"
"Oh, I can say that my intent is not just flattery." Sharee responded. Her suggestive tone implied one thing, but her real meaning was far more manipulative. Noelle's words were like honey. They were convincing, and she wanted to believe them, but Sharee was a far more stubborn and willful individual than most. She had been attracted to plenty of people over the years. They were always male, but Noelle was a stretch enough that she could have accepted it, but this time, she was feeling a level of trust that was completely unlike her. She was not completely certain yet, but her suspicions had been cemented.

"For something like this...my duties can wait." Sharee commented as she started to walk towards the door, still maintaining a suggestive demeanor. "You know, I can't quite tell you why I feel that way about you, it's just..." She said in a cheery and upbeat voice before suddenly slamming the door surprisingly harshly. Turning her head back, she looked at Noelle with a far more serious, almost angered glare. "...I don't think it was the ale." She said, her voice losing any semblance of its former suggestive tone.
I'll have to defer to cqb to see if it breaks any lore, but I like the character.
Sad but true. TSA agents in the US do not have the quality of training, or standard of quality for applicants, that they should for the service they are meant to provide. The only real benefit they provide is the illusion of security, which I suppose is comforting for some, but is not worth what we are giving up for it. People shouldn't have to be profiled for other people to think they are safe.
Once Meesei had the potion, she placed it gently into Sabine's hand. "Drink this please. You made it yourself, so I imagine it will help." She said with a warm smile before moving on to heal her most serious injury. She started out by setting the rib in its proper place so she could begin to mend it. With all the magic flowing through her, and the potion to help, it would be a nearly painless process. She considered for a moment asking Tunxeex to leave, since Sabine would need rest, but they seemed to be getting along at the moment, and he was helping her to keep her mind off of her injuries, so she decided it would be best for him to stay.
Kaleeth lowered her head and slowly nodded, clasping her hands together nervously. "I love Janius just as much as father hates him. I...don't know what is going to happen. With father, or with us. I don't know what I am expecting when it comes time for you to leave. I don't know if I will never end up seeing him again, if this is all some big mistake that will leave me in pain forever. I know anything I do to be with him will only cause me suffering, but I still want to be with him. That...is best way I can think of to explain it."

Glancing at Ahanasha's stomach, Kaleeth thought about their relationship. Before she and Janius approached, they seemed to be enjoying themselves thoroughly. Kaleeth had not seen them apart since they arrived, so she could only guess how close they were. If any of Janius' friends could understand how they felt, it was them. "Is it...the same for you? I do not think I have seen you apart. Do either of you feel like you would go through any pain for the other?"
Hmm, I suppose going from France to the UK would be a bit of a distance. At least you don't have to fly though. I don't ever want to have to deal with airport security (granted, I am in America, home of possibly the worst airport security in the world)
Eh, you're in Britain. It couldn't be that long, unless you're driving out of the country.
I'm not really sure why you're awake at that hour.
Well, it is midnight.
Sharee will probably end up starting her search at one of the city's taverns. I have a few ideas on how her attention might go to them.
