One thing, reganza, you should probably stick to the same tense as everyone else in your writing for this RP. In this case, past tense.

I read the edits. He seems fine, though 39 is still very young for a Bosmer. He probably wouldn't be considered little more than a child. If you think about it, 100 is still only a tenth of their lifespan.

It might be advantageous for Tagorn to reveal his vampirism to Sharee at some point. She would be more than happy to provide blood. Or more accurately, order someone else to do it.

You know, with the font on this website, it is really hard to tell if you have spelled "Kilith" properly.

Yeah, though the NPC Kilith would need to be the one to recruit your character. Just make sure to give a bit of background on how long your character has been in Leyawiin. There are multiple inns and taverns in town, so if you want to make things less convenient, you can have your character stay at one of the other ones, such as the Five Claws Lodge. Kilith is going between inns to find recruits, so he could find him there.

It could be hidden for a while, but lycans aren't like vampires in how they can hide their abilities. They develop strong urges to hunt and feed, and their transformations are influenced by the phases of the moons. At least once a months, they can be forced to shift into their lycan form.

With this one, there are a few things I would like to point out. For instance, it doesn't say specifically in lore, but for the purposes of this RP, we are assuming Bosmer have an Elven lifespan of up to a thousand years, so 26 would be a bit too young. You would need to increase his age by a few decades, at least. We already have a few archers, though with enough characters, it is impossible not to repeat some of the same skills. You may wish to replace cooking with something else, though, as Nytefall's character was sort of meant to be the ship's cook. I wouldn't want to detract from that.
