Most ships in ME are capable of re-entry, I believe.
As I mentioned before, both sides agreed to a certain, limited amount of security (obviously, the enemy managed to sneak more onboard). Since they could only bring so much, the number that Eleanore brought would mean that, by default, the humans were providing most of the security.
Hmm, that's probably not going to sit well with most of the surviving diplomats. You had the Humans provide most of the security, so having them abandon the other diplomats in favor of saving their own ambassador will not sit well politically. Should be interesting.
Did you have the human soldiers abandon the diplomats, Lucius? They all ran into the same hall, so the humans would have had to keep going to get away from everyone.

Ssarak gave no visual or verbal response to Satori's request, but his thoughts would show that he understood. As long as Lucilia experienced some sort of discipline for her actions, something that would prevent her from doing something like it again, he could be satisfied. Though, he could understand why Satori might not want word of her transgressions to spread. The students of the college needed to trust its staff as much as possible, especially since there had been many events, even just since his arrival, which had tainted that trust.

Ssarak sent a telepathic message to Meirin, though he made sure his body language did not give away that he was speaking to her. "I suppose this will do. As long as Lucilia's crime is dealt with, I care not if I am involved in the process. Though, I will certainly be willing to speak against her, if they require our help. For now...perhaps we should just deliver our report to Lucilia and warn her about Alaira. After we placate the curiosity of...Grey, is it?"

Normally, Ssarak did not like to read Meirin's mind without permission, out of respect, but as he needed to listen for a response, he did pick up that Meirin knew Grey, and that he was an employee of Lucilia. But, as long as they gave him no reason to suspect anything was wrong with Lucilia, there would not be a problem. "Our mission...well, it was not a failure, not in the objectives we set out to accomplish. Our caravan arrived safely. But, Alaira took actions that may cause problems for the college in the future. We, especially Meirin, might have been able to mitigate the damage Alaira caused, but we cannot be sure. We want Lucilia to understand that it would be a danger to send Alaira on further missions." Ssarak added.
Sirka probably can't fit in the chairs.
"Thank you." Meesei began as she flipped open her one of her journals to the page of notes. She had spent considerable time planning out her case for this trial, so she now had multiple books filled with her plans and evidence, so despite the sheer stress of this situation, for both sides, she did not hesitate in delivering her opening. "To begin, I would like to establish the circumstances surrounding Jerrick's murder. On the day myself and my pack arrived here, Jerrick had been expecting me, as he had received a vision from our lord Hircine. In this vision, he was warned that, on the day of my arrival, he would be killed by one of his lieutenants, though it did not show him which one. As those who were present may recall, Jerrick pulled me aside after I finished telling the story of my pack's fight against Vile's Orc in the dining hall on the day of our arrival. It was at that point that he informed me of his vision and requested my aid in bringing his murderer to justice."

Currently, Meesei was focusing on establishing her own credibility for the case, after which she would delve into proving Harriet's connection to the murder. Her case would take a while to present, but she had to make sure to be thorough. Other than deciding Harriet's guilt or innocence, the purpose of this trial was to prevent the clan from falling into violence, so Meesei could not leave any room for the clan to believe that she had committed the crime, instead of Harriet. "Of course, I did attempt to prevent his murder to begin with." Meesei continued. "We did not want to force the traitor into hiding, so we planned an ambush to catch the traitor before the murder could take place. Myself and one of my pack hid away in the meeting room to wait for a potential attack, and as a precaution against poison, Jerrick did not eat nor drink for the rest of the day. However, we did not anticipate that the poison was already within him, delivered through his waterskin before he pulled me aside to speak to me. I will give evidence for that point shortly; first, I would like to provide evidence for my statements thusfar. In the event that we failed to protect him, Jerrick wrote letters to individuals he deemed trustworthy, and neutral between the lieutenants. These letters described what I just explained, as well as containing a personal anecdote specific to each recipient to prove that the letter could have come from no one but Jerrick himself. Examples of those who received those letters are Gorlak, Caldris, and of course, Najirra. Could you verify that what I have said so far regarding the events leading up to Jerrick's murder are true?" Meesei asked, focusing more on Gorlak and Caldris. After considerable thought, Meesei had decided that it was necessary to involve Gorlak and Caldris in the trial, and had warned them of such beforehand. She had advised them to bring the letters with them, and though they did not necessarily have to share the details of the anecdote contained within the letters, they could if they chose to.
Alright, here's hoping I actually remember all of my evidence. I have some of it written down, but I might have to do some backtracking through the RP to dig some of it up.
It did not take too long for the destroyer to reach their destination, or at least, as close as it was taking them. The ship had to stop outside the planet's sensor range, else the planet's defenses would go on alert. They had managed to get through a quick meeting to detail their plans for retrieving their target. Sirka had not been listening too closely at the part leading up to the landing, as there wasn't much she could do about that. If there were turrets to man or something, one of the others would be better for that job, since they could actually fit in the chairs. Once they were on the ground, however, it would be Sirka's time to shine. Sai was going to try to find a landing zone as close as possible to the caves, but she had to find somewhere out of the way to hide the ship, so they still might have to hoof it for a while. As such, Sirka was bringing all of her weaponry. Even if the electronics couldn't be used in the caves, they would still be useful above ground if they ran into trouble.

Sirka was in the main hold of the Drifter, fully armed and ready. She was tempted to head to the cockpit to take a look at the action once it started, but it probably wasn't a good idea to bother their pilot while she was doing her thing. All she could do at the moment was wait, repeater in hand, for the moment she would finally get something to shoot.
I'm about to go somewhere in a few minutes. I'll be back later tonight.
