No idea, perhaps people are just busy? I know it is pretty common for everyone to go silent over the weekend.

More or less pretty much but sadly, psychomancy is not my blood and not sure what Lucius has I store for you. Not to forget Elite, while your magic is less combat tied compared to others, Ssarak will still be expected to fight as mission both provide a revenue to the school and help build magic through practice.

Indeed. He is still a warrior by trade, and his magic does have some combat applications. Still, if he had the choice on a mission to start a fight with a group of bandits (or something), or manipulate the mind of their leader to make them surrender (once he is more experienced, of course), he would chose the latter. Who knows, there are all kinds of situations I could imagine where manipulation and trickery could provide alternatives to fighting. It would all depend on the nature of the mission. I think that goes along well with Ssarak's theme of being a regretful warrior. For the moment, though, he keeps himself well practiced and in shape, as his best means of defense is through his fighting skill.
"When one lives in the wilds, they should always be prepared for a fight." Meesei said as they left the camp, heading toward the body of the lycan. "But, if you asking me if I think it is more likely than not that we will get into a fight at this very moment, then no, it is not. You will end up in a fight eventually, however, and it is my responsibility to ensure your safety, and to train you in ways of contributing to the pack. Your individual skills will be trained by the others, Janius for your sword and shield technique, Ahnasha for archery, and so on. If it turns out that you are a lot more skilled than your youth would suggest, that may not be necessary, but in any case, I will handle the training of your most important skill: your beast blood. Starting tomorrow, I will be training you in how to maintain control, and how to move and fight in your werewolf form. You turned very recently, so the beast is resting within you right now, but it will eventually grow restless once more. When that happens, it will start influencing you, gnawing at your mind to hunt and kill until it eventually takes over and unleashes itself once more. If this were to happen inside a city, you would undoubtedly perish. No matter how strong your wolf form is, if you do not know how to fight in it effectively, even simple guards could slaughter you."

Meesei stopped, sniffing the air for a moment. She had Fendros' scent, so she would just need to find it again on his belongings. Given how badly he was wounded, he probably bled the entire time until he transformed, so it would not be difficult to follow that trail once they found it. "For me, I am a mage, and an experienced one. I was the Shaman for my village in Black Marsh before I gave myself to Hircine. I have studied magic from the day I hatched, and those skills were sufficient to attract the attention of a Daedric Lord. Still, even the strongest of us cannot delay forever in taking on our wolf forms. We must sate the hunger of our beast spirits from time to time. Not that any of us are reluctant to do so, of course." She said, continuing on.

The choice is yours. Just let it be known you might be waiting a while and the next skip is to winter which would put Cynn's magic level behind everyone else's a bit. This might limit her ability a bit for the hell planned. Another note is that it takes about 3 total IC years, including time skips, to advance a level at least. So knowing this and you still want to do this, then by all means I have no problem with it. Not to forget the setting would also skip towards the evening of that day where it might be harder for Cynn to actually get into the school because gates tend to be closed unless you write it she arrived that morning and just finished settling in.

Hmm, so our characters are looking at almost a decade of study. I am looking forward to seeing the growth of Ssarak's abilities. Psychomancy is probably the most mysterious mageblood (seriously, its description is, like, a paragraph long).
You know, thinking about it, I think psychomancy is a perfect fit for me. I don't particularly enjoy writing combat, and, eventually at least, psychomancy will provide me ways to settle situations without ever having to fight, whether it be forceful mental manipulation, or skillful persuasion with magical aid.
Ssarak's attention was drawn wholly to the Headmaster, Khan, when he began his announcement, in large part due to the sheer volume of his rune-amplified voice. He gave a brief explanation of the demonstrations that were about to occur, mentioning that the Hydromancy demonstration would not be given by the normal instructor. Ssarak did not care about this too greatly, though he supposed the hydromancers in the room might be a bit disappointed.

First up were the electromancy and pyromancy demonstrations. While these were not directly applicable to Ssarak's path of study, he did suppose they would at least be entertaining. He continued eating his meal, but the instructors still of course had the majority of his attention. The Electromancer appeared to be a middle-aged Human male whose appearance seemed clean and proper in every way except for his hair, which stood straight up on its ends .The Pyromancer was a formally dressed white-scaled female Esyire, the first he had seen since arriving at the college (unless he was counting Aruna).

The very first true example of the power mageblood could hold was quite a shocking one. The electromancer stood, then released a deafeningly loud lightning bolt at the ceiling. While Ssarak was staring up at the ceiling, he barely noticed his loosely-gripped knife levitate out of his hand. He was surprised and impressed at first, though he then became mildly annoyed, as he was still using it. He reached up to grab it out of the air, but it floated just out of his reach. He halfway stood up to get a bit more reach, only to have the knife drop suddenly, landing right between two of his fingers on his other hand. Ssarak quickly sat back down, pulling his hand away from the cutting utensil. Perhaps, he reasoned, it would be wise to pay a bit closer attention to the demonstrations, lest he accidentally impale himself...or worse. Besides, he was beyond anxious for the psychomancy demonstration, as he had indicated several times to others. Other magebloods could dominate battlefields, burn cities to the ground, or shape the ground itself to their will, but psychomancy was for those two wished to dominate others without ever even raising a hand in violence.
I would do something with Allaira, but I think that argument happened concurrently with Ssarak's headache. I shall write now, though.
I need to figure out how to respond other than a single paragraph going "oh, cool, look, lightning." Need something more to it.
It took much longer than Meesei expected for Fendros to finish the loincloth and pouches, and even then he kept cutting himself with his knife. She wondered if he had actually ever handled a knife before. How he managed to kill a werewolf was beyond her; perhaps his skill with larger blades was greater, but she would not be entirely convinced until she saw him fighting herself. Regardless, even if he was capable of it, he wouldn't have the strength to fight today, so she stood up and motioned for him to follow her.

"Very well. Something of yours may still be salvageable, especially weapons. We do not have any spare weapons at the moment, other than a few daggers, so finding whatever you had would be preferable." She said, walking in the direction she had found the dead werewolf after he had readied himself. "Speaking of which, what skills do you have? Inside and outside of combat."
After the breakout is complete. Once the others post the distraction, i'll post the rest of the collab. That will bring my character and New Yorker's to the meeting place. Once Leon, Saarebas, and Hail post their characters arriving as well, I will do a timeskip and it will be time for the meeting. Hopefully, that process won't take too long, so you won't have to wait.
