Sharee began work on applying the makeup to Sarel's tattoos. By watching her, it would appear easy, as the tattoos seemed to fade away seamlessly underneath the grey powder, but that was more due to her skill than anything else. He had to apply the exact right amount of powder on each part of his skin, else it would look unnatural and obvious.

"How appropriately vague." Sharee commented, trying to decipher Tagorn's meaning. It seemed they convinced a band of local Khajiit to cause a distraction, but with the amount of chaos Sharee heard on her escape, it would have to be a sizable group. "Hmm, the only organization of Khajiit in the area that is large enough to cause the ruckus I heard that I know of don't tend to play too nice. Not to mention they aren't a friend to...pretty much anyone." She said, eying him suspiciously. "Sarel here is insistent on going back and getting his stuff from his room. You all didn't do anything that he would have to worry about on the way back, did you?"

Also Kayak has not arrived yet. I will post him arriving.

Is Kayal kayaking in?
"Well, if you're familiar with sailing, great, if not, you'll learn." Sharee said to the Khajiit, Nalla as she was mixing together pigments and crushing it into a fine grey powder. "Once everyone else arrives, I explain the details. For now, just know that I'm in charge, and that there's a good reason for that. Sarel, come here, I need to cover up that tattoo."

"Oh, and by the way, can any of you tell me what kind of a ruse it was you pulled? I didn't get a chance to look as we were escaping, all I know is that it sounded...chaotic." Sharee commented, curious to know what kind of a plan they had come up with. Sarel and herself had left quickly enough that they hardly saw any of its effects.
Alright, I gave a short response.
Zana and some random Khajiit approached as Sharee was finishing up dressing herself in her normal clothes. She tied together the straps on her chainmail vest, then found a flat rock to lay out her alchemy equipment. Fortunately, Allaina had grabbed everything she needed to mix together some makeup to hide Sarel's features. Since she had some already premade, it would just be a matter of mixing it to the right shade of grey.

"We got him out of there, and we didn't die, so I'm calling it a success. Now, who's your friend, and where's your other friend? Don't tell me he ended up getting caught; the last thing we need is for whatever you did to come back on us, at least not before we get that ship." Sharee asked. No one had yet explained what kind of distraction they made, so she was still unaware.
Ssarak Dyreackthanose
Ssarak did not see Satori approach from the shadows, though with his current lack of attentiveness, she probably could have walked up straight from in front of him and he would not have noticed. She seemed to have witnessed the fight, which was comforting, as it meant the pair had not been in as much danger as he suspected. Still, he did not regret his actions, as he acted with all of the information he had available at the time. He simply wished his intervention had not been so exhausting. He had the feeling that Satori was likely reading through his mind at the moment, but that was something he would probably have to accept as always being the case. He would never be able to hide anything from her, so he would simply have to endeavor to never do anything worth hiding.

"Of course, ma'am." Ssarak responded, pushing himself off of the column to stand, a bit shakily, by himself. "Although...I am afraid I may not be able to use any more magic today. I exhausted myself with that intervention."

Who said it'd be done willingly? Althalus may be visiting Ssarak with a bottle and a request soon...

I'm wondering if anyone who comes into contact with the gas will immediately get the same...cravings as Althalus and Mar. If so, that would be...interesting in combat.
Allaina had little she could do, as the plan seemed to be working fine. The Khajiit Kayal had tricked were causing trouble all over. Meanwhile, she was hidden away, watching Tagorn just as Sharee had told her to. She was hidden in a bush in a small alley, watching as he climbed in through a window into the prison. From her angle, she could see when Sharee left through the front door of the prison, but she stayed where she was and waited for Tagorn to emerge from the window. Eventually he crawled out of the window carrying a large sack, and he seemed to be heading in the right direction. It didn't look like he was going to run away with all of Sarel's things...hopefully. Sharee told her not to confront him if he did, so she supposed just making a note of which direction he went would be enough, if he did end up betraying them.

With nothing left for her to do, she moved on to her next task and returned to the inn. She went back up to their room and started collecting the things Sharee had asked for, such as her clothes, alchemy, supplies, and the potions she had left out. Most of the things she remembered her mentioning were left out on the table, but she was still worried about missing something. Sharee said she trusted her, so she didn't want to disappoint. After packing everything she could find into a backpack, she put it on, then left the inn once more. With all the chaos in the city, and the fact that she didn't know her way around still, she just ran for the only exit she knew of to leave the city, which meant she had to walk around outside the walls for a while before she found the water. From there, it was easy enough just to follow along the shore until she found Sharee.

As she approached, Allaina saw that Tagorn had actually arrived, so he must not have betrayed them. The moment she saw Allaina, Sharee stood up and approached her with a smile on her face, which in turn made Allaina feel proud of her work. "Ah, there you are, and it looks like you have my things. As comfortable as it is, I don't think I want to meet my potential new crew in my underwear. It doesn't exactly give off the most commanding first impression." Sharee said, taking the backpack from Allaina. "Come on Sarel, let's get you disguised so you can go get your stuff."

Do you want to start working in the PM's Commander?

I don't think there is any need to do any sort of collaboration on the next part. I'm about to write up a post bringing Allaina and Tagorn to the meeting place right now, so Sarabaas will be there as well. At that point, Sharee can get to disguising your character.
The pack did not stay long in the cave the next day. After some final preparations on the meat they had gathered, they set out to the northeast. Their packs were heavier than when they had arrived, but more supplies meant they could travel farther without stopping. In fact, they went for days without having to stop and hunt again. The cloaks they made also proved to be useful. While most of the pack did not wear them all the time, as soon as an ashstorm picked up, they would dawn their cloaks and press on, instead of waiting until it passed. Of course, it was by no means easy. They had maps of the island, but navigation proved to be difficult when they could only see a few feet in front of them.

The group passed through the heart of the island, across the northern part of the Molag Amur region, just south of the Red Mountain. They avoided lava flows and followed foyadas through the mountainous ashlands, at which point the rate of ashstorms only increased. Fortunately, there was no shortage of caves in the mountainsides for them to take cover in, though they were not always uninhabited. They never came across any people hiding within the caves, but there were a few times they had to deal with not-so-docile creatures. At one point, they ended up in a Kwama cave. The warriors and foragers gave them trouble, so they were forced to kill them, but the rest of the Kwama gave them no trouble, apart from being horrendous to look at. They restocked their food supplies with kwama eggs, then continued on to the northeast the next day.

It took just over a week for them to finally get out of the ashlands and once again into the rolling green hills and mushroom forests of Vvardenfell's northeastern section. Since the wind rarely ever carried ashstorms into this part of the island, they were able to keep up a much better pace. After another day of travel, they were finally within sight of Vos. Originally a Telvanni settlement, it had been taken over by House Redoran during the rebuilding. The mushroom tower that once stood at its center had died long ago, but many of the original Imperial-styles walls and fortifications still stood .Inside the walls were buildings of more traditional Dunmer styles.

In order to track this Orc, they would inevitably need to go into the city. This would not be as simple as following a scent; they would need to investigate without drawing attention to themselves. The clothes they had originally purchased back on the mainland were in Dunmer styles, so they would not stand out immediately, but it would still be best for Fendros to be the one to interact with most of the locals. His accent would instantly give him away as being an outlander, but he was still Dunmer, which would help.

The sun was setting over the horizon, so they made camp on a hill outside the city. They would be beginning their investigation the next day, but for now, there was little else they could do but wait. Most of their diet now consisted of Kwama eggs, as they had finished off the last of their meat the previous day. Ahnasha had been conservative with her moon sugar, so she still had plenty remaining, not that it mattered to her at the moment. Right now, she was just at the edge of camp behind a tall mushroom tree, vomiting from the nausea she felt. Her symptoms were not as bad as she had led herself to believe they would be; it was not as if she was constantly incapacitated from sickness, but there were times, such as now, where she felt particularly terrible. Sabine had given her a potion to help alleviate her symptoms, but it had not yet taken effect.
