Current I'm tempted to say "I've lost better friends than you" to a lote of people lately. I'm not sure what I ever want to say to the better friends that I've lost, though.

Bio

Twelve years ago, I said something on this website that continues to embarrassing me to this day. I was a stupid kid, like most, but I've never quite gotten the taste out of my mouth. Anyone who knew me at the time can tell you about it.

I love this website. I'm pretty sure my phylactery is stored wherever the webserver is and a significant chunk of me will just disappear when it ceases operation. Until then, it comforts me. I should go to the hardware store and paint my bedroom walls with the same soft, brownish grey that the background color has been for the last twelve years. Some of my friends can't wait for the site to go offline but I don't know of any other places that offer the same sense of community.

I'm an omni-gamer. I like board games, tabletop roleplaying games, admire tabletop war games, suck at riddles, and have an absurd library of video games. Survival horror is basically my favorite genre. Otherwise I'm a fan of esoteric, occult bullshit and punk rock. But disco's cool. Disco is what humanity sounds like when it chooses to be happy. Between you and I, I'd like to hope that the days of my life can sparkle like a disco ball, accreting like sparks from a grinder held up against the unwavering dark of deaths own shadow. Burn baby burn.

You and I, we're gonna die. We should be friends first, though. Write some checks we can't cash and make eachother smile. Make believe for a while.

Oh, you know. Making muffins and reading comics.
Most Excellent Superbat should be a viable PC. His power is being rich enough to do anything he wants. Imagine bribing the invaders to leave San Fran alone and plague the NYC instead.
I'm not the one you want, but the gist is that they're not only dead, but replaced by another generation. Grant Morrison's fifth world replaced Jack Kirby's Fourth. In Final Crisis they say something like Earth is to the fifth world what something was to the fourth world. But basically I'd imagine the Newer Gods to be based on Superheroes, moreso than Super Young Team, which replaced the Forever People, was.
Yep, I just love how he isn't physically fit, unlike every other caped crusader we keep dreaming up.
If public face includes being Justice League liason, I'd say Cell because of her demeanor. Otherwise I'd say Amazon, because of his charisma and comfort with the English language, while not a big deal OOC, may be a bit odd In Character for the American public to be addressed by her. But I totally see her as the supreme choice in terms of who should communicate between the teens and adults.

Pistolera should easily be a field leader and prepatory analyzer person. Agreed, she's the Batman. Really I should just say I'm curious where Sam's taking her. In case of her downfall, I suggest Rufus take charge.
NAME:
Francine Amelia Cornell

ALIAS:
F-Bomb

ABILITIES/SKILLS/EQUIPMENT:
Upon pronouncing her magic word, Francine will be consumed by a swirling veil of dark clouds, thunder and lightning accompanying the process. When she emerges, her strength and stamina increase to match Captain Marvel's level. Also increased is her tendency to use lude and socially inappropriate humor along with a side effect of impaired judgement. F-Bomb can change back by repeating her word.

Flight - She can go into the air by her own power, unlike a bird or a bat, or even a rocket, she has the maneuverability of a helicopter and the speed of a tidal wave.

Unkillable - While transformed, she simply cannot be killed and her body will not cease function. She will heal all injuries between transformations. Her cells will not die, and they will do their best to mend themselves as fast as possible.

Chronoacceleration - She can move inhumanly fast, slowing her perception of time to outmatch her standard speed. In doing so, she burns through her lifespan and ages in corelation with her increased speed.

Knockout - She is bestowed with stunning beauty, changing her appearance slightly upon transformation to match the ideals of the males surrounding her. The attributes changed mainly include her skin complexion, eye color, hair style, and, to certain extent, rearranging her dress.

LIMITATIONS AND WEAKNESSES:
Her cells will not die, thus an exploitable weakness is clearly to constantly hurt her without letup or end. Also, Radiation could be considered a weakness as a fast-acting cancer or mutated cells will not die until she changes back to her mortal state, although they may be cured by other means until then.

While her perception of time is slowed so she may move and react quickly, it makes her normal form actually age more quickly. The aging is increased by the factor of which she increases her actions.

The level of her feminine charms and aesthetic gifts can only change to things she'd normally be able to change herself, simply taking the otherwise necessary effort out of the equation. Basically, it will only do what a non-surgical makeover will do.

SAMPLE POST:
"Ugh, it's Superman," Francine said with the corners of her lips sagging like an LA gangsta's jeans. Not feeling like talking, she turned her back to the hovering blue strongman and huffed, "God, for the love of-" KRAKOOM

Lightning touched the ground, the spear of the gods empowering her small frame and filling her out like a balloon surrounding a water spout. The gray tornado hid her nakedness from the world while her short shorts were mysteriously traded for a knee-long frilly skirt and a lady's business jacket over a white button up blouse.

At once, she flew away, giving Superman a run for his money before believing she'd escaped. But the tanned small-town man was directly behind her, with a smirk suggesting his patience was about to expire.

NOTES:
-Her magic word could not be printed in a comic book and sounds like a bleep when heard on television.
-She is indeed related to the Captain Marvel family, however she does not gain her power from SHAZAM or Captain Marvel
Stop pointing out my hipocrisy in front of everyone, dammit! Still, Pistolera would actually be my first choice.
Sandstorm would be a terrible leader. I'd say Pistolera from an IC standpoint if it were not for her sneaky-sneakiness. Rufus, Sentinel, Microbat, and Amazon all come to mind. Thermo has heart, but I've not seen him take too much initiative. Eric's a bit antisocial, but I think could make a decent second in command. Rufus would be a good choice, but yes, that charisma. I'd say Sentinel, but I think the job would give him a stroke from the stress. Wonder Boy has the power and relation to the trinity and is a relative powerhouse. F-Bomb has power enough, but I included impaired judgement in her powerset.

We need a Damian. He could finally have grown to mid/late teens depending on when this is.
Does "calling all Titans" mean ALL Titans or just West?
It'd be awesome if the Green Lanterns of old fought Marvel's AIM.

It would seem that East has a higher technological advantage between Atlas, Annex and Cobalt. Speed, eh, XLR8 takes it with Sentinel and F-Bomb. Magic pretty much belongs to West at this moment. But East has Aqualad.
