January was quite possibly the worst meme month in the past 2 years.

To put it simply, I'm a High Schooler living outside of the U.S who happens to hold an extreme interest in 20th Century obscure historical figures such as Huey Long, Gregor Strasser, Father Charles Coughlin, and Corneliu Codreanu. I've been RPing on here on and off since I was 12 (fuck it's been awhile) on multiple accounts (I started this one when I was around 13), over that time, I've most certainly gotten better both as a writer and someone who's able to get into character. My favourite (and really only) types of RPs are NRPs because I feel like they play into my interests of politics, character creation, and historical contexts/world-building. My favourite settings are those stereotypical post-apocolypse dystopias that you would see the generic Young Adult book protagonist wander around, though I'm also open for Sci-Fi, Modern, and Historical settings. I'm not the biggest fan of Steampunk though, so it's slightly more difficult for me to get involved in those. When RPing, I prefer not to get involved into the stats side of things, as I'd much rather dive deep into the lore of both the setting I'm RPing with and the Characters/Nations I'm using for that RP in question.

Now, for more about myself, I'm a massive fan of Music in general and a Singer. My favourite band changes what seems like weekly, though I'd say I'm a massive fan of Nine Inch Nails, Turnover, The Smashing Pumpkins, Foster The People, Weathers, and Smashmouth The Wombats. My favourite songs are probably Closer, by Nine Inch Nails, Knights of Cydonia, by Muse, BYOB, by System of a Down, Pumped up Kicks, by Foster The People and I Don't Wanna Know, by Weathers. My favourite games are NBA2k18 and Crusader Kings 2, though I'm also a fan of HOI4 (yay Kaiserreich) and EU4.

Database of some RPs I've ran:
Age of Rebirth (Post WW3)
The original. Was a popular NRP for it's time but eventually died out.
The Rise of Man (Fallout-like RP)
The "sequel" to Age of Rebirth. Was quite interesting building off the history of an NRP that already happened to create a new one.
Sollus Supremus (Dune-like Space Opera)
I decided to venture out of my comfort zone a bit with this one, some really generic Space Opera.
Age of Rebirth: The Rising Tide [Post-Apocolyptic NRP]
Honestly my favourite one I've ever made, though that's most likely because I've become a better writer over the past 3 years, considering I'm no longer 13, like I was when I made Age of Rebirth.

I thought we had decided that Britain administers the current IRL British Overseas Territories on the island, while Greece rules the remainder of Cyprus, including the largely unrecognised TRC.

Oooh, I like the idea of pillaging Turks. Lots of pillaging. Yes.

Btw, Greece has not got a nuclear weapons program and has no atomic bombs, ICMBs or any other similar type of nuclear weapon. It has a couple of nuclear-power submarines, though.

I might consider hosting nuclear weapons of my allies if they ask, however.

Nice
<Snipped quote by Monkeypants>I am pretty sure the GM would never allow this even if you were wishing hard enough for it, though.

Full scale nuclear war on the other hand can be a "good" way to end the NRP.

Like I said, I good just make a sequel to this rp if it ends that way in a fallout like setting. (In Which the Greeks could Colonise the Glorious City of Constantinople and Rape and Pillage all turks)

Well, why do you think we're going there? Surely there's plenty of untapped oil there!

Just go recolonise Canada in the Name of Freedom, it has oil out the anus, and no one claimed it.
The UTA is just a military dictatorship, not a FASCIST military dictatorship.

Oh yeah? Well guess what WE'RE going to do with our Navy?

SHIP IT TO KEPLER 22B AND RULE IT'S PLANET-WIDE OCEAN.

SO SCREW YOU.

As a Canadian, Canadian Fascism seems a little far-fetched.

So does 2 out of the 3 US successor states being Fascist, but that happened.

Edit: Happy Late Canada day
I think I'll leave Canada (sans Newfoundland) in a similar position to where Australia and New Zealand were a few years before their annexation into formal U.K. sovereignty. Canada's trade relationship is focused towards Great Britain, a great many legal and cultural institutions are shared by the two, Canada had perhaps adopted the pound as its formal currency (or tied the Canadian dollar to the pound in value), but the country is still de jure sovereign.

Somehow, I think Fascist Canadian Revolution shall happen.
@ASTA There's a map on page 39. All the grey nations are unoccupied.

A few notes, though:

Britain mentioned that they wanted to take control of Canada, so that might be considered taken already.

Iran, while not technically apart of any player's nation, was invaded by South Asian forces. It's also been heavily influenced by the Caliphate, it's neighbor. So those would be things to keep in mind if you wanted to sign up as Iran.

The Caliphate is looking to add Saudi Arabia into it's fold, so that's probably out too.

I've already signed up for Spain so don't you dare take that away from me.

I think that might be it. But, yeah. The southern nations of Africa are mostly open, Norway is open, some countries to the east of India are open, and Brazil and its neighbors are open.

No Norway is taken I believe, Finland is not.
Which would either end the RP or we would play in a super cool Fallout style nation roleplay

Maybe for a Sequel after this Rp ends.
A different note, nukes.
What would be the current stance on nuclear weapons?
They were used in WW3 and many nations have stockpiles even now.
Are nuclear weapons allowed but refrained from as it prompts the other nation to similarly use nukes?
Or is there an international law preventing nukes?
I'm just wondering.
Personally I think the latter would be counterintuitive.
Though I say this because I have tactical nuclear artillery shells and even tank shells (mind it, the two are effectively the same diameter).
Antimatter-induced "clean" fusion nukes could be also the way for future nukes. Greater or more compact power without the fallout or other drawbacks.

No law against it, but if you use them, you shall be punished by the international community.
I do not think the moon should be a concern until much later in the IC. We have barely explored our earth nations as it is.

I'll think about it, also, congratulations on being the 800th 00C post.
