So try again and keep at it till it works. There is no harm in trying something. Not every RP has a easy start and sometimes must tweaked and reboot a few times before it really kicks of a strong and steady RP. I can say that form personal experience. Anyway I think destiny you want to lead this RP idea, just your lack of confidence just makes it hard when you the idea fail, that is never an easy thing to see if you are at least half committed to the RP you made.
I know it not easy but you've just gotta pick yourself up dust of and give it another go.

Look if you want to lead it then you should. If you want support you have Un and me backing you up. (well I can't speak for Un but from what she says here it sound like she got your back)

Still I doubt you are on the guild 24/7 I'm sure you have other interest to keep you busy. As for your CO-GM that down to you and chuck anyway if you going to be doing a re branding or reboot or whatever. I'd workout who you'd like to GM it with you. As not to be rude but me thinks you'll need to try reboot this again.

So your not the iron Fisted GM o Death that doesn't matter. Plus I think you are doing a fine job Gming this it just dying for having too few people. That is not your fault though. Plus no one expects you to watch your RP 24/7 you do have a life outside of the guild, that why you employ co-gms to help manage stuff.

No you GMing is fine although I feel I've not been in this long enough to really comment But regardless I think its fine.. I think the issue is lack of active players an idea like this I feel needs a good sized group of RPers to keep things moving. As for whatever re brand you have you can count me to join it and if you need and extra pair of hand running it I'd be more then happy to loan you my hands.
