Y'all are so quiet, so I'mma pose a question to you. How many people here are familiar with the Blizzard games Starcraft and Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty? Don't have to have played them, just have heard of them.

I don't mind your writing style, It feels a bit better than how mine are usually. I'm just really curious about what will happen to Lazarus. When Shujin was thrown out and Lazarus was teleported away to meet Liana, It did kind of feel like your characters were being a bit controlled. But I guess some members of Phoenix Wing doesn't want him to be arrested.

I also reminds me of that time when everyone was trying to prevent Lahar and the rune knights from arresting Jellal. But Jellal simply told them to stop and he complied with the Lahar's order.

So I suppose it's Lazarus own and final decision to get himself arrested or be on the run and probably get the other members of Phoenix Wing in danger.

Lets try to not to have magical nuclear weapons in the hands of various powerful leaders. I rather not have to some crazy cold war to occur here. Unless you're doing a thing like Tailed Beasts from Naruto, then that's cool with me lol.

Possibly, but there was "Grimoire Law". Then again, he was a member and a guild master of Fairy Tail before.

Cept he's not a Dragonslayer, and technically he's the bad guy xD

Plus, his goal is for wizards to die. So if the dragon does it for him, yay, if not, then at least the other wizards are dead. So all in all, most of his goal was accomplished. Wizards died.
